3Staff seems friendly but not fast. Not quite understanding that I have to fill out paperwork for the urgent care to be my primary when that's not what I want but I did it anyways cause they said "you have too". I dont have insurance but paying $80 here compared to $300 in prescott valley for a sore throat has been awesome! I did sit in waiting rooms a long time, about 3 hours I was in this place. They somewhat listened to my needs, better than the "pay me, go home and rest doc's we have now a days", not as good as the old doctors that actually listened.
Rudest service. For being someone who has worked in a medical drs office as checkin-checkout & receptions, you guys need better staff or better training. I’ll go into prescott from now on.
Great Dr.and office was clean and very respectful. The staff was thorough and explained everything very well. Love it!
