Chipotle Mexican Grill, Phoenix AZ

The attitude of the younger staff here in the evenings is absolutely atrocious, slopped together burrito bowl, and general lack of customer service the last few times I’ve picked up food is ridiculous.

It's Chipotle. Always a consistent food experience where ever you go. Friendly staff, quick service and generous portions as always!

I love every chipotle I go to for the most part. The staff at this location are very friendly and fast. Plus the food tastes amazing!

I ordered there tonight on 5/26/2023 after working a 10 hour day and when I got home to eat my bowl, there was a long strand of hair in it. I love chipotle and this will not deter from eating it, but just not from this location.

Service was horrible I ear at chipotle at least 6 times a week various locations and I always get the same thing with double meat this location gave me serving of single in a double
Won't be coming to this location again

Lack of professionalism rude discriminating employees slow service lousy workers disgusting kitchen the whole place is a disaster I refuse to spend my money here at this location again I wouldn’t take my grandmother here! They lose good customers treating people horrible all because they don’t want to do their jobs!

I ordered here yesterday evening and I’ve been throwing up since. That was the only thing I consumed yesterday besides water. I ordered a veggie bowl, you guys need to slow down and be more mindful when it comes to cross contamination.
I also was not able to return to work today!

This is how I got my bowl. I ordered rice and chicken al pastor. I got what looks like 4 pieces of chicken and some scraps, and not even a cup of rice. Absolutely pathetic. I have NEVER received portions this small from any Chipotle before.

I'm not one to usually go out of my to write a bad review, but this definitely deserves it. I went here a week ago. For spending around $12, this is the sad excuse for a burrito I got. It was about as big as my fist. They put extremely small scoops of all the ingredients, charged me extra for a tiny dollop of queso, and rolled it terribly like this. The insides were falling out of both sides. I used to get 2 meals out of these burritos, but I guess this is how they do it now. Pay more, get less. Won't be back to this location.

The girl who was started out serving the rice (shouting) on 02/07/2023 at 8: 11pm was extremely rude. I could care less about you skimping the chicken and rice but slamming my food and tossing my choices after I stated I wanted a little is rude.

Hands down worst chipotle I’ve been too.

I take chipotle seriously and hold to a high standard.

They roll burritos like taquitos and you always need to tell them extra of everything.

Some of the burrito line is brutal at their job. They throw in anyone and don’t correct bad techniques.

It’s a disgrace to all chipotles.

When we went there they were really busy. I never once saw the staff get frustrated or miss a step. Considering how busy it was, they got everybody through in a very timely manner. The staff took care of us and got our order perfect. That chipotle is really surprised me considering the circumstances. I don't see that very often in a lot of places.

Food was cold delivered 30 min after my promised time. I paid to have it delivered because I only had 30 minutes. Steak was horrible. If I had time I would've taken it back

The crew made the best burrito I’ve ever had. Very great experience! Fast and friendly. I hope for you that you go here for a burrito or something of the sorts

Very clean and happy to have a nice spot to grab a quick lunch. The new Garlic steak was tasty. I just wished they kept the Cauliflower Rice. Boo

Food was Great. Don't expect to Iced Tea after 9pm even though the store closes at 10pm.

Is it that difficult for the employees to say "Hi! Welcome in! I'll be right with you" instead of ignoring the customer for 5 minutes.
Also, if the employee is wearing a mask, please speak loudly enough that the customer can hear you. I have tinnitus and if someone is speaking so softly, then I can't hear you above the ringing in my ears.
Basically the food was good but the customer service is lacking.

They charge you for 2 meals if you get a double scoop; it's usually +$3 depending on the location
