Chipotle Mexican Grill, Oro Valley AZ

If I could give no stars I would the food for starters very inconsistent with flavor either it's to much lime, chunks large chunks of cilantro and large amounts of salt. Then way more tortilla and hardly any food inside there quesadilla. But let's talk about a company that literary had a massive issue with cleanliness and fecal matter in the last. I just witnessed two employees play on their phone that is in there back pocket while wearing gloves and then touch food, food prepping and a thumb in and out of to go containers. Then another at the front counter wipe their gloves on there dirty apron and then proceed to make counter food. Let's not forget the air pods in the ears while hovering over prepared food! As well as not regularly changing gloves. I've been in the food industry for over 20 years and this is a no for me! *** Edit front counter person took personal cup from under counter pushed straw to mouth didn't change gloves and set it back under counter proceeded to touch food! Then to go person went out from service area to pace food on to go shelf and didn't change gloves. What kind of service are we really getting here?

The food was cold. The tortilla did not get warmed up and the sour cream as partly frozen. This make the entire burrito cold.

Don’t go to this one past 8: 45. They don’t have anything and aren’t willing to make anything. There are way too many teenagers working here with no adult supervision. Come on people.

Maybe I'm old school but what happened to work ethic? We walked in at 7: 30 at a place that Google said closed at 10 pm. Chairs stacked on a dirty table that they couldn't take the time to wipe off. About 5 - 6 employees shortly after ALL disappeared to the back.so if you were to walk in to order you'd be greeted by no one in a restaurant that appears to be closed. Not cool guys. Is working hard really a thing of the past? Why support a business like this?

The music was to loud at this particular location otherwise it was fine. Line was almost to the door since they were getting alot of door dash orders

I haven’t had issues with this location previously. I gave time for the manager to respond but they clearly do not care about customer satisfaction. Over a week ago I ordered through the app and they did not give me the protein I ordered. I received a large amount of fajita veggies but not an ounce of barbacoa. It’s best to go into the store and watch the employees make your food since you will never get reimbursed if you get it home and realized you have been gypped.

Tried to go out for dinner here only to find out they were out of tortillas. Might as well close and lock the doors. What kind of burrito place runs out of tortillas. Poor management if you ask me.

I came here at around 7: 30pm on a Saturday night and saw 3 wild pigs in the parking lot right next to this place I wanted to keep a close eye on them but my friend told me that they can attack. What a sight. Anyway I got a sofritas bowl and it was fine. No problem. Did not disappoint or exceed my expectations

Chipotle is Chipotle you know what you are going to get because it's the same no matter where in the world you are. In this case that's a good thing. Store is clean staff is on point. Can get crowded so here's a protip: Go late (after 7pm) when all the Oro Valley blue hairs are tucked in.

The Oro Valley location is the worst. Blamed me for my food being screwed up because I DIDN'T WATCH THE SERVER CLOSELY ENOUGH while he was making my food. Did absolutely nothing to compensate me for having to drive all the way back there from home to replace my meal. No apology from the female manager. There is better Mexican food easily found, with greater selection. WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THERE AGAIN.

Last 3 online orders were wrong and had to wait for order way after it was due. Each time I could have stood in line and got food before my order was ready and I always get there 5min or later after order is due to be ready.

Chipotle delivers a speedy and expensive reminder to get your fresh tasting, delicious meal elsewhere. A once upon a time, go to favorite that can't seem to regain it's former glory. Had the steak bowl with brown rice, black beans, Pico de Gallo, grilled vegetables, cheese, and guacamole. Every bite was a mouthful of flavorless, low quality ingredients. The steak was stringy, gristly, and fatty, the veggies greasy and rubbery, and rice was underseasoned. Even the black beans and guacamole missed the mark by being overworked and poorly prepared at the same time. Time for a kitchen reboot and a recommitment to quality.

I went to this restaurant a few minutes after they opened. You would assume that the food would be ready to serve, I mean hot. It wasn’t! The pinto beans were cold and the chicken was barely room temperature. I live extremely close by so it wasn’t because I was in the car a long time.

Great food but high priced. 2.70 for extra (small) scoop of chicken, 2.35 for guacamole on top (again, small scoop). Ended costing my brother 31.00 without drinks for us fat kids.

15 people in line and we are waiting for all of the mobile orders to be made. There are 4 workers on the line working quickly making all of the orders for mobile, grub hub etc. While we all wait. This is the normal process here. Really seems like this needs to be managed better. Hard working employees, but the system needs to be improved.

Tried to place order for pick up today.took over 10 minutes.sent my gf to pick it up.cashier was very rude and said. WE DONT TAKE PHONE ORDERS. Said she'd get the manager and never came back.my order was sitting right there on the shelf the whole time.lastly. I got the new quesadillas.and they only had runny sour cream and no rice and beans.will never go there again.

Love the food at chipolte.staff was only friendly to other staff members in line, not to actually customers. The girl at checkout was the worst with this.

Ordered my meals on there app which was easy, selected a time to pick up and it was ready when I got there. The only negative I have is that the portions were less than last time I ate at Chipotle.

We ordered food and it was WAY WRONG. We asked for our rice and such and the person prepping the meal decided to take it upon themselves and out veggies on it. We didn't ask for it but he was determined to tell us we did. Not only did we not get a chance to get our order redone but they were super rude about it. Well it's busy so you will need to go to back to order again if you want this redone. Way unprofessional. No customer service skills at all. I understand its busy I do get it. But that doesn't mean you get to be rude. Avoid this location. I would avoid ordering online. I doubt the food is correct when made to go.

Workers are lazy and unprofessional. Walked in the store and saw all of them chatting in the back while there are 10+ unattended online orders. Then they thought it would be a good idea to put 4 bowls (not properly packaged) in one little paper bag. Turns out it had already been spilled when I picked them up, and my food seeped through the paper bag and all over my car. Will not go back there again. Do better Chipotle.
