Chipotle Mexican Grill, Yuma AZ

I'll be honest I've only ever taken it to go but I love the convenience of the driver thru, I always get my food on time and with big and even portions of whatever I ordered. I love you big curve chipotle.

40.00 for 2 burritos is ridiculous! It costs 20.00 for 2 burritos at Del Taco for the same thing & we didn’t have to pay 2.65 for guacamole! The service was terrible & every empty table was dirty so we had to eat in our vehicle. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHIPOTLE!

Instead of offering to remake it, was talked back to rudely
Quesadilla cheese wasn’t even melted at all

The only downside to a Chipotlane is that despite its convenience, it can devalue the overall experience when they put too little or too less of an ingredient despite specific instructions, or worse, mess up your order completely. It’s a safer bet to go inside and order it if you want it your way to avoid any possible disappointment.

The last 2 times I’ve ordered here, they’ve been so skimpy with the food. Today, my burrito bowl was half of what they normally give and the majority was just lettuce. It’s almost as if they ran out of food and just threw in whatever they had. If that was the case I wouldn’t have minded waiting for a full bowl. Customer service is not good either. I never get greeted; always just a blank stare like they don’t want to be bothered. As someone who works customer service, I get we have our off days but I also know not to take your anger out on customers especially when they did nothing to you. If you hate your job that much, then idk? Go find something not dealing with people?

My first time eating here.probably my last. Where to start.tables were gross. Door slammed constantly cause the owners are too cheap to replace a gas shock. They poured fresh rice over old rice in the bin.how old is that rice in the bottom? The "sneeze guard" was so smudged up and filthy looking, we honestly questioned the food. Seriously, it was bad. I've traveled to 3rd world countries and seen cleaner.

I asked for Carne asada and they literally gave me 4 pieces of Carne asada. Such a trash place and service was disappointing. After a long day I wanted something good to eat but this is what I got trash. I can't wait for daves hot chicken to open.

Tried Chipotle's Chicken AL Pastor bowl, and it's was amazing. I was blown away by the size of the bowl, and the taste was insane. Also tried their organic lemonade and I was truly impressed. The fact that their staff was absolutely top-notch was a bonus

Just the rice is a bit hard, other than that everything is soo good and excellent customer service.

All that time the cashier waited saying that they were already working on my order and in the end they said that it was already ready and she didn't realize it is it serious? & the palavrg wrapped burritos

I've been a fan of chipotle for years, but this location was awful - I understand now the multiple negative reviews on their customer service.

Ordered a pickup mobile order for 3: 40, and picked it up shortly thereafter. I get home, open the bag, and the order is not mine Receipt on front was correct, but completely wrong bowl on the inside for someone else named "Gabrielle". Drove ALL the way back to the store, explained the situation (mind you, never ONCE was I at all hostile or inconsiderate), and all this dude did was take the order i received wrongly, throw it in the trash, make me a new bowl, and hand it to me with no sense of empathy or even a simple apology. Hell, he should have let me keep the initial order as a token of apology, but instead threw perfectly good food in the trash, and doesn't even say anything that sounds remotely like they were sorry for the inconvenience. This location is a joke. The one by the Palms is better by far.

I like to eat at this place not because the food is amazing but there are plenty of spaces to sit and zone out while I eat. Service is great and it a good place if you has older kids to sit and eat with you and discuss about life.

I like to get a bowl to go. Here's a little tip: they seldom ask if you want the grilled peppers and onions but you can add them to anything. It turns a bowl of rice, beans, and meat into a bowl of fajitas! Also, when there are people in line and they are working fast they won't drain the pot liquor (it's a thing. Google it) from the beans but if you're taking a bowl home the cardboard can get a bit gooey so just ask and they will. On the other hand, if I'm eating right away there's so much nutrition and flavor in the pot liquor I love it over the rice. So much good fresh food.

The food was good. Disappointed they no longer have the cauliflower option instead of rice. Was very surprised when they gave the total. Had gotten very expensive!

THE WORST THING ABOUT CHIPOTLE THAT I HAVE HAPPENED TO, NO EMPATHY, NO KINDNESS, AND EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING, THEY DO NOT MOVE TO TRY TO RESOLVE. APART FROM THAT, I PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE AND WHEN I WENT TO THE WINDOW THEY SENT ME ANOTHER one. CHIPOTLE BECAUSE THEY SAID THAT MY ORDER WAS IN THAT PLACE, AND WHEN I WENT TO THE OTHER PLACE THE VERY FRIENDLY GIRL TOLD ME IT DOESN'T MATTER WHICH CHIPOTLE STATION YOU ORDER AT THAT'S WHY THEY ASK FOR YOUR CODE SO THAT THE ORDER GOES OUT CORRECTLY. BUT I DON'T KNOW WORRY HERE WE SOLVE YOU. SHE IS A WORKER WITH LOVE AND I WILL ASK HER NAME TO PUBLISH AN EXCELLENT CHIPOTLE WORKER AND I WILL ALSO MENTION THE WORST AT THE OTHER STATION. AND I COULD HIDE IN A FAKE AVATAR, BUT I LIKE THINGS IN THE FRONT AND WITHOUT HYPOCRISY I DON'T HAVE TO HIDE BEHIND AN AVATAR.
