I went to see Dr. Phil 2 months ago, I was not able to sleep and I was hobbling with a cane, having to rest every 4 -6 steps because the back and left leg pain was so intense. After getting evaluated and Dr Phil determining my course of action, after the first treatment I was able to sleep a little better, after two weeks I was only using the cane to help. After 4 weeks no more cane and started doing small exercises. After 6 weeks started my workout routine on a smaller scale and after 8 weeks I am back during my normal workout routine. I will continue with the treatment plan that Dr. Phil has laid out. I am 57 y/o, former military and played football in college. Physically I feel better than I have ever felt. Highly recommend Dr. Phil!

Dr Phil has restored my active lifestyle. I had a herniated disc L4 L5 and had been in pain for 5 years. After going to see Dr Phil and following his program I have almost zero pain and can play golf, tennis, weightlift etc. Before Dr Phil I could not walk 2 blocks without stopping in pain. I've been getting decompression treatments for almost a month. I look forward to every session because it brings hope and a little bit of relief. I had a microdisectomy on my L4 in October 2020 and it's reinjured. I definitely think this spinal decompression therapy is the answer to avoid another surgery.

Dr Phil has been adjusting us for about a year now and completely love him if something is out of place he knows and will probably even tell you what you did to get your body that way so you can avoid doing it again.
