Honest, fair, and reasonable. You can't ask for much more. No one's perfect but this is as close as I've found to it and I hate to go anywhere else. The ppl are professional friendly and nice to deal with. They are always busy but rarely if ever seem like they miss a step. Hats off to these folks. Y'all keep up the good work.

Legit auto place. Helpful and reasonable. One of the few places that allows you to provide your own oil. Good service.

I recently had my passenger side door stopped working on me all of a sudden to where I couldn't unlock the door and open it. After suffering through that for a couple months I decided to go get it fixed. I brought it to Choice Auto Repair and within a couple hours of having dropped it off and having other assessments and work done, they were able to tell me exactly what the issue was, and what needed to be done. I said go ahead and do what needs to be done, and 3 hours later they had the part ordered in, changed out, and my car ready to go and ready for me to drive. Having said this there is an important note that you should have in mind when going here. They are hard-working mechanics, they also just happen to lack friendly customer service. This isn't saying that their customer service isn't good, they know exactly what they're talking about, will call you with updates, I have no complaints there. But do not expect a friendly, go happy person when you're paying or talking with somebody that window. They're going to give you the facts, they're going to get the job done fast and effectively, and that's about it. They're not going to be your best friend, so if you're looking for a mechanic who's going to sit down with you and draw out each part and then explain how everything works, this is not that place. Drop your car off, let them fix it, and pick your car up.

Had my F150 4x4 worked on today, by recommendation of a guy I work with. I would have done the work myself, but at their quoted price, it was worth it big time to have them do it. Replaced front disc brakes and pads, front coil over struts and upper tie rod ends. They did an alignment which I forgot to ask for
All done on a friday, by 3 pm. I would definately go here again. Great friendly customer service, competant mechanics and fair prices.

I'm very thankful for Choice Auto and the excellent service they have given my son over his education at ASU. They have never tried to overcharge him or upsell him on repairs he doesn't need. In fact, they usually charge him well under what was expected and complete the repairs within a day or two of bringing the car in. As a mother of a college student living 1600 miles from home, it's comforting to know he isn't being taken advantage of! I highly recommend them! Thanks Choice Auto!
