Very clean auto shop! Everyone there was very professional, kind and helpful. They went through my car thoroughly and made the repairs needed after discussing in detail with me. Great team!

The service was exceptional. Walking through the door your immediately met with smiles and courteous greetings. I needed an alignment. Was offered a ride home to wait which was wonderful. A few hours later my car was ready and I was quickly picked up and happily reunited. Was given a nice detailed report of the service and was surprised with the fair cost. The whole experience was the best in excellence of service. I will be doing all my car care here. Thank you Christian Brothers!

I have a 2012 Dodge Caravan that was not shifting into the higher gears. Took it to Christian Brothers in North Scottsdale, they did a diagnosis on the transmission ($150 charge) and told me that based on their diagnostics, and the fact that the engine oil smelled “burnt”, they recommended a new transmission, which would cost $4,800. I was surprised that a transmission would just suddenly need to be replaced, so I let them know I did not want them to do the transmission repair. I took the van to another mechanic who checked out various possibilities, including the “linkage” and then it worked perfectly, to my surprise. (I checked my records and found that I had the transmission oil changed 20k miles ago, which should last 60k, so the “burnt” comment is suspect)
I have the feeling that I was either being hustled by Christian Brothers, or they were just not qualified or competent to repair transmission issues, so they just recommend replacement.
They may be ok to do oil changes or basic easy to diagnose work, but I sure would not recommend anyone to take transmission work to them.

Recently had my car worked on here. I had been to their Gilbert location several times in the past. It’s always a great experience. I had my oil changed and my starter replaced. Super friendly and great service.

Easy to make an appointment. Chris was awesome as our service advisor. Car was ready when promised, they covered everything that needed to be completed. Clean waiting area and work shop!

We’ve been taking our cars here for several months now and I’ve been highly impressed with their level of service. They do an excellent job in communicating status of repairs, and explaining next steps. Prices are fair and they are honest in their interactions.

My son took his Volkswagen to the dealership because the engine light was on. Volkswagen did an entire diagnostics of the car and itemized what was wrong. They fixed the most pressing things that needed to be fixed. Later, the belt broke, one of the items Volkswagen said needs to be fixed but it was not pressing. My son took the car to Christian brothers auto repair in Scottsdale and despite knowing already that the. Let was broken and my son telling just to fix that and not do a diagnostics of the whole car, they charged him 75 dollars just to see the car and wanted to charge him $340 to fix the belt. Volkswagen wanted to charge him $140. Christian brothers is a rip off. Dishonest people.

My radiator on my Mercedes G Wagon blew on a Saturday afternoon, I had to get towed… was across the street from a MB dealer but I paid extra to get to Christian Brothers, who took exemplary care of my “G”. Always recommend Christian Brothers.

Not happy with costs. Their estimate on replacing my starter is $250 to $450 more than any other auto repair shop in Scottsdale including the actual dealer with the same type of warranty that all the others are providing. I think they are just over priced. Make sure you get estimates from other reputable places.

This automotive franchise location is the Lamborghini of mechanic shops. Just had CV axle assemblies and control arms replaced on MKZ along with alignment. Shop is spotless, employees are friendly and top quality, sent photos after inspection to verify need for the work to be done. Impressive!

I was impressed with their customer service and friendliness. The shop is very welcoming and extremely clean! The prices are very reasonable, definitely less expensive than the dealership.

Found this place via maps and decided to give them a try as they were nearby. Called with services needed and they provided a detailed quote for oil change, tire rotation and alignment. They only had the truck for a few hours and even picked me up when it was done. Actual bill was slightly less than quoted. Seems to be a nice shop, would go back and recommend to anyone looking for a maintenance/repair center.

SO THANKFUL! Truly a standard in these places, I had similar experiences in Denver too. But I'm new to the area, and this particular location in Northern Scottsdale was notable because of the empathy Mike had for the less-than-enjoyable rollercoaster that my brake repair was. Over a few day process, I was informed quickly and thoroughly about all things regarding the repairs; they were so helpful to get on the phone with the claims center for my warranty and figure out how much of my expenses would be covered by that; and they gave me a ride back after dropping off my car (and reimbursed my Uber on the way back to pick up it up- they would have picked me up but it worked out better this way for my situation and location that particular day). Mike was more than helpful and transparent. I'm just happy to have a place like this that I can keep coming back to and reduce the amount of "hands-in-the-pot" when it comes to my vehicle upkeep. If these guys are the only ones working exclusively on my Jeep from now on, I'm relieved!

Love coming here - the details from the pictures of everything that they are doing, to the explanations of what they are doing exceeds my expectations. The employees are always smiling, friendly, and polite!

Took our vehical in for an oil change and diagnostic of engine light on. Need our SUV fixed ASAP for medical reasons to get to hospital surgery that could happen at anytime. They were very helpful and repaired issue with coolant valve, oil change and got our vehical back to us just in time.

Very kind service and understood our situation which we had no control over. They have us as loyal customers!
