I've had a deviated septum in my nose for the past 20 years. I also broke my nose about 20 years ago as well. Therefore, I did not think it was able to be fixed and straighten. Dr. Paquet did an amazing job fixing my nose and I could not be happier with the results.

I was referred to Dr. Paquet from a valley ENT for a functional rhinoplasty and turbinate reduction. I didn't qualify for normal deviated septum surgery due to the special nature of the septal structure (was broken and healed at 90* angle). Dr. Paquet was the only person that my ENT would refer that he trusted to do such a complicated reconstructive procedure. Dr. Paquet was knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. He was able to address all my reservations, and made me comfortable with the whole procedure. Dr. Paquet was able to functionally reconstruct my nose without changing how I looked. Fast-forward 6 months and I'm fully healed. I've never been able to breath this well in my life. I'm sleeping better, have more energy throughout the day, and I'm no longer a mouth breather! I can honestly say it has dramatically changed my life for the better. If you are looking for a talented plastic surgeon (cosmetic or functional), Dr. Paquet is the man.

Awesome doctor.i had a rhinoplasty and septoplasty on may 29,2020 and my nose has already healed fantastically.there was very little, if any noticeable bruising on my face once my nose cast and stents were taken out.the care is efficient and always helpful- i had some health issues about a week and a half post op and we had dr.paquet on the phone within the hour on a sunday morning, he is effective and consistent.

Doctor Paquet is amazing. He listened to my concerns and was very honest. He took the time after my surgery to check up and ensure I was recovering well and had no further questions. The surgery went great and I am very grateful I went to Doctor Paquet!

Dr. Paquet was clear and concise with all of my procedures and what to expect for my septoplasty and turbinate reduction. It was my first surgery and I was not nervous at all. I healed quickly and better than expected.

I am so grateful that Dr. Paquet was up for the challenge of fixing my nose. I had surgery about 25 years ago with a doctor who destroyed my nose both inside and out. It was crooked and I used to have terrible panic attacks because I couldn't breathe. Other doctors I saw didn't want to even attempt to fix it. Luckily one doctor did refer me to Dr. Paquet and he said he would do the surgery. I am happy to say that I no longer have panic attacks and my nasal passages are wide open now. As a bonus my nose is not crooked anymore either! I highly recommend Dr. Paquet not only for the wonderful work he does, but because he cares. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and will explain everything to you in detail. I was so paranoid about having nose surgery again after the horror of the first one, but he helped me get through it. I'm so glad I did, it has given me a much better quality of life. Had a very bad sinus condition along with a deviated septum. Christian Paquet did my procedure and came out awesome I have never been able to breath better my whole life. When I woke up from surgery I could breath better!
His office staff is fantastic from front office to his nursing staff. I would differently recommend him for any sinus issues. He has a great no stuffing process and had virtually no pain after first couple of days. Thank you.

Highly recommend Dr. Paquet. He did a marvelous job on my son's surgery. Really professional and friendly. Explained everything detail by detail and answered all my questions. LOVE THE FACT THAT HE WAS ABLE TO MAKE MY SON FEEL COMFORTABLE ENOUGH TO GO WITH HIM. He carried and was playing with my son the whole way to the surgery room. I was referred to Dr. Paquet due to a injury sustained at work involving a vehicle accident. I would like to say that Dr. Paquet is brilliant at his job. Having reconstructive nose surgery I am now back at work. I have also resumed hiking up to 10 miles a day and riding my bike. I honestly believe that if it was not for this doctor, I would not have had this great of outcome. He is awesome and I thank him!

After being referred to another ENT in town for a perforated ear drum and having difficulty scheduling, I reached out to Dr. Paquet and Biltmore ENT and they were AMAZING! The staff was friendly and Dr. Paquet was great at explaining what was going on with my ears and my treatment options. Strongly recommend!
