13 No response from Christies on my issue.
When we returned to Tucson for the winter, we found that the display panel of our 18-month-old Cafe dual fuel range (model C2S900P2M2S1) was lit but not responding to any key touches. I tried turning the power on and off, etc.but could not get the touch panel to work. On Friday, October 27 we had a visit from one of your service people for a repair. I believe his name was Christoph. He removed the panel and attempted to diagnose the problem by reseating the connectors and visually inspecting the panel. He was unable to get it to work. As he was doing this, I saw that he had laid the stainless steel manifold panel (part number WB36X31634) down directly on the range frame. I was worried about scratches and brought him a towel to lay down under the manifold. He put everything back together and said the replacement panel would cost about $620. I thanked him for coming out but wanted to see if I could purchase the panel myself and save some money. He was fine with that and said to call back if we wanted him to do the replacement. I paid him the trip fee of $99. After he left, we saw that several very noticeable scratches were present in three parts of the manifold. See attached photos. I also tried several more key presses and found that pressing and holding the Settings key reset the panel and solved the problem. Shame on me for not trying that earlier. Shame on Christoph for not trying that during his visit.
I would like you help with two problems. The scratches on the manifold panel are very visible and I would like Christies to replace it. I would also like the $99 trip charge refunded. Will you take care of this for me?

Christies Service Department left me a message promising a new part is on order to replace the scratched one. Hope the repair happens before Christmas dinner!

Leave me the F alone. The sales people were like hungry desperate condescending fleas who would not go away and persisted in bothering us and telling us out choices were inferior.

Terrible customer service. Got a damaged refrigerator and they are charging me to fix it. I even got the extended warranty. The door is practically falling off. Ridiculous!
I have written exactly 1 review, and here it is. Jonathan at Christie's Appliances on La Cholla has been fantastic to work with. Good, much less great, customer service is hard to find these days. Jonathan turned out a quality, informed, speedy service every time I met with him. Simply outstanding. Buy your things from this man.

We just had our 2nd delivery/installation. Gabriel very professional and helpful. We like doing business with Christie's.
We have a ge appliance that stopped working after 35 months. GE referred us to Christie's. They won't come out because we didn't buy the appliance from them. The customer service rep was not helpful at all. Most likely, we will have to buy another refrigerator, but it will definitely be from somewhere other than Christie's.
Sales person did not make us aware of deadline to file for rebate. Waited for appliances to be delivered then found out losing out on $400 in rebates. When called no help or resolution was offered.
Basically said our fault. Considering how long took and we bought all new kitchen appliances was extremely disappointed in how this was handled.
I just had my new fridge delivered! I love that Francisco called me @ 7 am to let me know my 2 hour window of delivery. Then they text and you can follow them on the map as to updated location and estimated arrival. WOW, when Francisco and Jesse got here they worked carefully and efficiently to remove my old and bring in my new! They were kind and professional and really communicated well with each other to install my refrigerator! Absolutely impressed, never a box store again, Christie’s has my business forever! Thanks again guys for the renowned service and delivery!
Had a built in fridge delivered and installed about 3 weeks ago. After the delivery I received a text from a Charlie, asking how it went. I responded that the installers made a repair to the fridge water shutoff valve and now the water barely dribbles out. Also that the trim around the fridge wasn’t installed well. I never heard back so here’s a 2 star review mostly due to my feedback being ignored. I can live with the water and trim situation, but getting blown off is not good business.
