I stopped in today to get a quote on insurance jenny at the front desk help me she was very friendly took the time to find out my needs and after my quote I was so happy to find out that American Family could save me so much money on my insurance plus I added a vehicle. Thank you so much I'm glad I stopped in and appreciate your service service.

To be honest my policy lapsed and I ended up paying more cause they never called that it was gonna cancel by the end of the month so kinda mad they didn't call I ended up getting a notice in the mail. It was done on the 6th of last month and got the cancelation notice this month cause they didn't call me to notify me at all.they must not like there people enough to give them a heads up.sad.

Don't go with this agent! He did several things to we didn't know about and ripping my husband and I off! He never put we were full time residents in Maricopa, which raised our premiums and we found out we didn't need flood insurance anymore! And the flood insurance is threw Farmers, we did get our money back, but threw farmers letting us know! My husband and I decided to come forward! It was a few years ago we used him!
