Christopher and Myranda’s Fine Diamonds provided us with amazing customer service from start to finish and is now our go-to jewelry store! It’s awesome that they cast and design in shop as well! Hayden assisted us in designing a custom ring (as we were pretty clueless) about the ring process when we walked in for general information. Personally, I’m not a fan of traditional diamond rings, but not once did she make my partner and I feel uninformed or rushed as we asked questions and ensured each detail was perfect after seeing a gemstone model we both loved. I can say that as a fiancé now- I truly LOVE my ring! Thank you to the entire team for being patient with us and helping us create my custom engagement ring!

I wanted to edit this review from my previous experience with Christopher on Oct. 25th 2022. My wife dropped off a necklace for repair a week ago. Christopher had this repair done so quickly. My wife and family had a recent loss in our family (who was a valued customer of C&M diamonds). I picked up her necklace and Christopher was so amazingly kind (as he always is) and told me that if I needed anything, emotional support and just to talk, he is there for me.
He's such a great man with a caring heart! Again, I can't say enough good things about Christopher and Miranda Diamonds and their staff. They ALWAYS take wonderful care of us and their customers They always go above and beyond any other jewelry store PERIOD! Thanks Christopher!

Wonderful experience here. Their expertise and customer service is amazing. They had a great selection or rings, settings and diamonds. They had exactly what my wife wanted. No pressure sales at all. Just let the process flow naturally. They gave us time line on putting one together and it was finished when they said it would be. We had them touch up an older ring. Wow the older ring looks like i bought 2 rings. They brought that old thing back to life. Definitely better that the chain stores.

I needed my wedding rings cut off due to fat fingers:) I was thinking of just expanding them and was referred to them by a friend I trust on jewelry matters. I ended up just upgrading my wedding rings to this beautiful ring they custom designed with me. Throughout the process, I gladly drove from downtown Phoenix to Chandler multiple times to create my dream ring. And I’d do it again! Perhaps the best jeweler in Arizona. For starters, this jewelry stores atmosphere is like a cozy bar where everyone knows everyone. Three customers in and me. They knew each other intimately, like family. I loved listening in and admire how kind Myranda was to each of us.
