Not very well kept. Lanscapers keep taking things out and never replacing what is taken out bushes trees etc. Defenitely thought it would be cleaner and more neat honestly. Customer service is ok not great and wayyy to overpriced if you ask me. You can find better deals elsewhere. Honestly when i came here i thought it would be luxury but honestly its the name you are paying for not the full on experience i thought i would have. Back to the lanscapers yea disapointing overall if you ask me plus the change in management constantly. Gets old

Very impressed by this property but even more impressed by the customer service we received. Crystal went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of when we ran into a problem. We appreciate it so much!

I want to personally thank Luis for his help. I was having a POD delivered today, 7-21-22.
I needed two vacant parking spaces for the POD to be placed and there wasn’t two together anywhere to be found. I had 1 space with my car and there was another car
Parked by mine. The POD driver was going to leave and have me reschedule my delivery at the cost of $150. Then Luis drove by in his cart and asked what was up. I explained my situation. He jumped into action! He found out who owned the car parked by mine and contacted the owner. The owner, agreed to come back to the property and move his car.
Thank you Luis for first caring enough to stop and ask, and then for taking action and helping resolve this problem. It was greatly appreciated!

If I could rate zero stars I would. Almost a year after my husband and I moved out and thinking that this whole security deposit fiasco was taken care of since y'all decided to never call me back after "looking into it", someone please explain why today, my husband and I both got a letter from a collections company. The people who work here are liars and frauds. I understand the property was sold three times while I lived there, but you are still expected to hold up your end of the lease agreement, EVEN IF IT WAS FOR A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

Hands down this is the worst place I have ever lived. If you want to be lied to and treated like you're the problem and have people steal your vehicle please come here. There are standards that they hold you to that they do not enforce do not enforce but then we'll tell you through at least to try to intimidate to intimidate you. This is hands down the worst place I have ever lived and I would never recommend coming here if you ever see this place hit the gas and don't stop.

The management has improved and as I am a fair person, have revised my rating of management taking care of resident issues. 12/07/2021. This USED to be an amazing place to live! Inland properties bought it and now the management is terrible. They do not live up to the Chrisopher Todd way of living. They do not answer the phone, always goes to the answering service. They do not keep to their word of calling you back. I was patient and waited 3 weeks for a call back. I finally went to the office. Which they are so put out you are in the office. They (Carly) "claims they are learning the computer system and doesn't know it and has to wait for someone else to come in before handling a issue", It was my renew of lease. Then why is she the manager? They do not hold neighbors accountable for their noise level. One bedroom unit shares a wall. I even recorded the noise level in my unit to play for them and all they had to say was" call security"? How about you manage like you are paid to do. Trying to get ahold of corporate is a joke and they never answer the phone. All calls go to the answering service! Leave a message and maybe someone will call back in a month. The quality of the place has seriously gone down hill. The old management would handle all issues timely and actually lived here, so they cared about it. When the trees would fall over from wind storm they would have them back straight and looking good within the week. We have 4 trees laying on their branches for the last 6 weeks. I asked Carly about it. Her response was the land scape only does certain areas certain weeks. Not acceptable. The trees have died. Guess who gets to pay that bill? , All the residents as it goes into our monthly service fee to live here. They removed our bulletin board for residents to communicate, because we are all unhappy with the security gates being unlocked all the time, claiming it is an ordinance with City of Goodyear. They closed our way to talk with each other. They are charging 1808.00 for a 1 bedroom lease renew and there is no security anymore. The Trash bins smell horrendous and sit way to close to the apartments. I have had rats in my yard. Which took 3 weeks to get someone to actually do something about it. They gave me sticky mouse traps for full grown large rats! Three weeks to get a trap for rats is unacceptable. Exterminator even confirmed with me he has caught one. The non smoking community is a joke. Cigarette butts all over the property and the smell of pot is a constant when walking my dog. I would have liked to be able to give a good review but the Christopher Todd we all loved is gone! Cindy and Georgia were amazing and they are truly missed! I pay for premium service and security and get neither. I do not usually leave reviews, unless exceptional service or seriously bad service.

We were not told that we would be paying community water. So we pay $110 for everyone’s water! The rent is going up and we just cannot afford $2,000 for a small apartment. Can rent a house for that price. There is supposed to be a noise ordinance but does not stop the trucks sitting outside after midnight raving engines or animals put outside all night to bark and wake us up. They never answer their phones on the weekend. When you complaint on Monday they say can security. What security? Never see that anywhere. If you have somewhere to live, do that. Over priced homes, pay for everyone’s water use and trash collection is a joke as well at $25.00. Anyway, we are moving out in January. Never hung a picture up in the apartment. Will be interesting to see how much of the deposit we will get back.

Good luck getting any sort of deposit back, they charge you ridiculous amounts to patch a couple nail holes and paint and clean even if you leave the place pristine. And they don’t mention any of this to you when you inform them you are moving out. Never been charged before to fill nail holes and paint. They also jacked up the rent by 20%, so no point in moving in to stay longer term than 1 lease because they will just overcharge you when it comes to renewal time. Our deposit was over a thousand dollars and we got just about half back.

I moved in the first week of March 2021. I really enjoy living here. I do not have any complaints with any of the staff. I currently address any issues I have with Carly, and she’s always very professional and nice. The complaints I’ve seen posted regarding our community going downhill, is unjustified. Residents should pick up after theirselves, and make sure children do the same. Don’t leave old grills next to the dumpster, and expect staff to find a company to pick it up. Throw garbage in dumpster, not outside the bin. Keeping our community clean is on us, please don’t blame the staff.

You can never get a hold of the management team at this property and it takes forever to get anything done.

Have had three companies since we moved in a year ago, and at way too much and not worth it. They do not keep up to there standards. First company was great but since then the other two have brought this place down hill. Highly dissatisfied and can’t wait till we can afford to move out.

So far I like what they have to offer. The real test will be after I actually move into the unit I am renting. I will be back in a couple months and give an update on what it's like to live here!

Georgia and her team are amazing! Professional, friendly and prompt responses to every inquiry and question we had by phone, email or in person. Maintenance handled service requests quickly and efficiently without fail. The community was always well maintained, the gates working, the courtyards clean and the pool sparkling. I handle over 135 units at a time so I am so grateful for the ease in working with this team on the multiple homes we had with CT @ Estrella Commons.

Great place to live!
1. Pest control weekly, inside and outside. If there are any issues with bugs, they are solved and it only costs 3$ a month for the spraying and they can come if you are not home.
2. On site maintenance, when there are any issues, they are quickly resolved.
3. The community is gated and extremely safe. In the almost two months that I have lived here there has not been a single time where it seemed someone was in the neighborhood that shouldn't be, or that I felt unsafe in the community.
4. The smart home app senses when you are not home, this ensures that your air conditioning does not run when you aren't home and saves a lot of money especially in the summer.
5. There is an app called Henri, which makes it so you basically are able to text the staff whenever you need anything.
6. USPS and UPS deliver directly to the door
7. Located right by gas, grocery, and restaurants. So there are plenty of places to get the essentials done. There are also some banks close by that have access doors on the side of the community so you can walk to the ATMs at night if you need to.
8. Rent is posted at the exact same time every month, and the charges are detailed so there are no questions.

Any and all issues we had when we moved in were quickly resolved, and swiftly compensated. Would recommend living here, especially if the promotion is still going on when moving in.

We've been at CTC since early March and honestly we're very happy! The 2 bedroom unit is plenty of room for us 2 + dog. We're retired and here temporarily until new home is available. Great appliances, large glass shower in master and lots of closet/cabinet space. While these physical features are terrific, it's the people we've meet who make the difference. Gia, Cynthia and Chris are on top of everything and even tho they've got lots of ppl to serve, they really know who we are, which unit we're in and are just genuinely NICE. We physically inspected 3 other properties and found the decision was obvious and easy to make. The Bark Park is 5 stars alone. Thanks CTC at Estrella Commons!

The worst rental company i have ever dealt with.
They never called me to inform me of approval status or denial status. Had called in to get the size of the unit. Never received a call on it. Then turns out after i paid $250 to do an application an hold a unit that i didn't find out i was approved for till February 23rd but i did my application February 9th i even have a voice mail and screen shot that the 2 times they called me February 22 which they barley told me my approval.yet they don't wanna refund the $200 admin fee due to having 42 hours to deny or accept i been calling since February 24th now posting this on the 25th How can you deny or accept if you have no idea the status of your application weeks later.
I'll warn you they put on a fake smile in the front but they don't care so beware. BEWARE of this company truly BEWARE. (03/28/2021) now you respond putting my personal information out there saying it took forever to get my proof of income but my dad co signed using his income as proof. Ohhh since everyone needs to know the proof of income and bank statements reason here reviewers. I didn’t provide pay stubs because it was my 3rd week working. Also I’m a barber we don’t do normal pay stubs yes we get checks with the llc of the company but you requested 5 weeks of paystubs once again it was my 3rd week working there. I could of provided bank statements that show my old barber shop in Tempe that i worked at but no longer worked there. Hints to why my dad was consigning to avoid any income issues. But hold on i still provided a letter from my new barber shop with the llc info and my income info but i didn’t provide my documents? Now this is harassments.
