I have not really had any problems with management or my unit here. What really made me have an amazing experience renting here was specifically Valeria Martinez. She’s like a 2nd mom to me, super sweet and caring. I’ve had a couple of minor issues in the beginning of my stay here and she did everything I need immediately. I haven’t had the time because of work recently but I would just swing by in the office before to just talk and have fun. Thank you so much Valeria!

DO NOT RENT HERE! This company deserves no stars. They will only tell you what you want to hear! All this company wants to do is take your money. Especially MARIA SALAZAR, she is a LIAR! I 100% would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE unless you don’t mind having money stolen from you!

I love it here it’s so peaceful, beautiful, staff is very friendly but Maria she is is amazing take care of all question response fast, very helpful and sweet. Everyone is so sweet community is very welcoming.

The experience I had with the leasing agents at Christopher Todd Communities was most excellent. All the agents were very knowledgeable and Maria was very helpful, explaining everything to me, to full satifaction.

The welcoming was very great Valeria and Maria kept me very informed and made sure my move in went very smooth! Valeria was very adamant on making sure I had everything working and all the bells and whistles working! Soo far, I’m impressed! Keep it up!

I took a tour of the two bedroom unit as a possible place for my tutoring business and use during summer with my kids. The one sales woman stated that if I didn't live and sleep in the home that I would be evicted. She repeated this several times, as if I was not welcome there. Very rude. Drive less than a mile south and check out the other community like this.

I lived here for about 2 years total. One time I was late on rent and they left a notice on my door with what they probably thought was a late notice but in actuality they left a document with other tenants names and full bank account information! Thinking back I wish I checked my monthly bill more closely because on the rare occasion I did check I found they double charged me for random things like my garage ($200+$200) and instead of refunding me the difference they say "oh we'll credit you the amount for your next month" I recently moved out and I'm renting a nice big house for less than I was paying there. After moving my stuff out I paid a cleaning company around $200 to do a "move out" clean, which they did a good job. When I got my last Christopher Todd bill guess what? They charged me another $180 cleaning fee. I contacted them several times and left messages and emails asking why they charged me a cleaning fee when I had a cleaning service done (invoice included in the emails) They never responded! I don't know who keeps putting $200 of mine in their pocket.

Dyana’s enthusiasm when interacting with residence is worthy of considerable praise. She listen attentively making residence concerns a priority. The resident appreciation week was a home run for sure! What Dyana brings to the community is a refreshing positivity. In every sense Dyana is deserving of an outstanding review!

It was great here when I first moved in (2020) but sadly, it all went downhill after new management took over. With all the car thefts/vandalism, constant cigarette and weed smoke and appliance repairs that take weeks to fix, I'm so happy to be leaving! The responses from management to resident's (mostly negative) feedback on here are annoying and sound fake as well!
"We apologize.we take feedback very seriously.we feel direct communication is the best way to handle concerns.blah blah. " If that were the case, phone calls would be answered/returned and they're not. I once had called the office 5 times with no call back.

This community is a disaster. The management is incompetent. The parking is a mess. At one point, they stated that tenants have to move their vehicles every day and threatened motorcycles to get towed. Upon move out, I was told that I would get my deposit back, just to receive a letter that I still owed on top of my deposit. I cleaned the apartment and made sure it looked as good as when I moved in. I have photos of my move out to prove it but I would rather get this money hungry monster out of my face than to contest it. Honestly, if you value your money, go live anywhere else.

Besides the point of over pricing like everywhere. They say what you want to hear till they get you in a unit. Schedules for lawn maintenance change without notice so if you work nights don't count on getting your rest. They don't hold anyone accountable when people make messes in the common area and it takes forever for it to get cleaned up. So enjoy ants and food particles by the pool. We moved in mid summer and our ac control unit needed batteries despite multiple calls and maintenance requests we had to wait 4days to be able to use our ac MIDSUMMER. They don't let you see a unit till you are about to sign the lease. So there is no time to truly "fix" anything from the previous tenants. If there is anything that needs fixing they then Impede on your life and you suffer having to handle them coming in your home to do stuff that should've been done. It's advertised as a community but just like everything nowadays it's an all for one kind of place. IF this is one of your only options for living, sign a short lease so you don't go TO crazy.

I wish I had loved this community. It was alright at first, however after months go by, it just gets worse. First, they have new people in the office and it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of them now, when you have questions, all you get is the answering service, they leave a message for you…. But you do not get a response for days. Second, parking is terrible. You only get 1 parking spot per unit, and I am not exaggerating when I say, if you do not get home before 6: 00 at night you will not have any parking. Third, there is always crime near this area nowadays, not that this is Christopher Todd’s fault, however there is NO security, NO cameras, and NO ONE that patrols the community. Cars are broken into almost every week, I had people try to hop my back wall at night time, and people that lurk around the community stealing outside decorations, or just simply being suspicious. I will say that the inside of the homes are beautiful, and they hold their value very well.
