Everyone I have encountered working here has always been extremely friendly and helpful. There is no other place I go or trust for parts needed on mine or my husbands car!

Trying to write this from a calm place. March 2023 my check engine light would go off and on. Took my 2015 ram 2500 to auto zone and did their diagnostic since LHM in Surprise quoted me 2 weeks to get it assessed.

A heat sensor was supposedly the culprit of the check engine light. Scheduled an appointment with LHM to get this addressed as well as an oil change coming up soon. Prior to the appointment (2 days prior), the low coolant indicator came on. I checked it and it was fine but I added some anyway to be sure. Coolant Light stayed on.

Took it to dodge and they said the coolant tower had a crack and needed changing. Paid for the fix along with oil. 3 weeks later I get my truck back.

The very next morning, coolant light goes off again. Call and make an appointment. They say the coolant line needed to be burped. Gave me the truck back after a week and a half.

I have plans to tow a trailer in June and thought I'd better drive it to NM as a trial run to see how it held up. 100 miles into the trip, high temp coolant reading flashed and I immediately pulled into a gas station and added a gallon of coolant. Temps dropped to normal and I nervously continued as the coolant light stayed on but Temps stayed normal. Again.did they not burp my baby hard enough? !

Apparently not. Got to NM and the vehicle started billowing white smoke from the exhaust, Temps stayed normal but no action when stepping on the gas pedal.

Towed to dodge in NM and it is now a blown head gasket, and a quote of almost 16 THOUSAND DOLLARS ($16,000). Now I am stuck in NM with LHM Surprise saying, "not our fault. We did out job. Your 2015 diesel engine with 100k miles is old. "

Never agin Larry H. Miller.
Shelby Williams.you're useless.
Judd Kall.you too are equally as useless by I hold you in a higher disregard.

You all claim zero responsibility. I guess I'm just out all the time and money while you pass the buck and take zero responsibility.

Worst service dept I've ever had the misfortune of utilizing. Incompetent staff, incompetent mechanics, so many problems with having to bring my jeep back for the same issue. Never again.
