Church's Chicken, Phoenix AZ

Foods okay nothing great and there filling drinks up to the top with ice then go into the fridge and pull out two cans of soda and fill it up that way this place is a joke dirty never going back

I went looking for a d eww al on some chicken for a potluck an the cashier was very helpful an making my day easier for me.

I come for the French fries. There's never been a time when my whole order was ready at the same time. Drive thru might very small.

Church’s used to be my favorite chicken but lately it’s been pretty bad tasting.
Today I went to this location and got a family meal. The chicken was terrible tasting- the signature Church’s flavor was not there and the skin was dried out. This is the only time I’ve thrown chicken out because it was so bad.
The corn was flavorless and the biscuits tasted “funny”.
This is the 3rd location around here with the same bad chicken so it’s permanently off my list.

Eladio he was the worst so rude couldn't even get my order right and had a attitude for no reason please teach your employees customer service

I've been a customer at this location every since I moved here from Dallas Tx 4yrs ago! And there chicken has ALWAYS been Fresh! Every single time! And it's absolutely delicious.

Very bad service made an order through the drive thru and was told to wait 6 minutes up front waited 30 minutes and nothing when I finally up to ask for my order they laughed and said they had forgotten to make it they started squirming around trying to make it look like they were trying to put it together, ended up asking for my money back. Very unsatisfied costumer not going back again to that place.

Messed up the order. Took 30 minutes to get it. Containers of cole slaw and mashed potatoes weren't full. Got sweet tea and it wasn't sweet. Poor service

Tried the chicken bourbon and it was very greasy and hard unable to enjoy. Service was good. Chicken fried steak came out with out gravy had to ask for the gravy. Sorry but this was not good.

The staff is always friendly & the food is always fresh. This is the only Church's I go to.

So Far this is the best Customer service for Me. They always make the Food Fresh And the employees are very Polite, I can't complain, keep up the Good work guys

Listen this place is HORRIBLE! U got hoodlum city surrounding in tire place and it's parking lot poor bus stop to. I might as well ask little Leeroy or TT to order my food. Ordering through the drive thru is a nightmare i will NEVER go back there I do not recommend this location at All

Jus want there today girl told me to pull forward tenders were still cooking an it would be another two min.eneded up being another 9 min.then all she could say was oh sorry about the wait an walked away.didn't get the sauces I asked for.every time I really want to go here o think twice cuz I know at the end of the day I'm gonna be angry N tell myself I should of jus gone somewhere elss.

Very small place on the corner! Service is slow, staff is rude!

When you get a 20 piece tenders and you ask for dipping sauce and they give you 4. How will you feel?

Went here after the 59 ave & camelback closed way early tonight (6/03). These guys know what CUSTOMER SERVICE means! Wish I had gotten their names to post with my thanks. I will not be going back to 59 ave & camelback but will be going the extra distance to go to this one from now on. GOOD JOB GUYS!

Food is horrible gave me and my family food poisoning. Chicken wasnt cooked. Bisquits were burned
