Church's Chicken, Phoenix AZ

The service was fine. They seemed short on staff. Neighborhood is sketch as was the homeless guy lurking in the alley. Food was okay, the sides seemed smaller than I remember. Fried okra was ok. Nothing to write home about. Nothing went beyond the necessary to stay afloat. Prob won't go back anything soon but won't avoid stopping for quick and easy dinner, the servings and price are great for families of 3+. Not so much individual.

The store was very clean. The new person that took our orders was very helpful and the manager was kind to him while teaching.

Churchs is a classic.if you want some good greasy fried chicken for a good price good place to go.this location was clean and fast.good lunch on a busy day.

Stood at the counter for 10min while all the did was help the drive through and kept looking at me like I was bothering them because I went I side will never go there again

Solid place.though the youth employees there makes me uncomfortable to buy food bc I feel it maybe undercooked.

Last night stopped on my way home asked for a chicken strip meal while going home I was eating and driving home and bit into chicken with bones which could have been bad. They gave me a three chicken strips today I also purchased the mega bites, they were horrible. I didn't call last night as I don't have much of a voice since I had thyroid surgery. Girl was rather rude because I didn't call last night.

Right now this location is great. The chicken is done perfectly. The sides are done perfectly. The time to get the food was very fast. This place was like a gourmet fried chicken restaurant. Right now its the best location in the whole Phoenix metro area for fried chicken

Food and service was horrible. A chicken place should not run out of chicken but they did. We waited around for almost a hour just to get our simple order but they where so backed up that we couldn't get our food. Place was very dirty to include the table we sat at while waiting had receipts from 10 hours ago sitting on it with a lot of other trash.

They have bad customer service you ask for fresh chicken they get in Attitude and then they know you take you to go so they ever will give you some fresh chicken and then they give you some old chicken

This location is always clean. They sometimes forget dipping sauce. But I just remember to ask.

Ordered with Uber eats. We were missing a couple items, but the food that showed up was good. We called the restaurant and the lady who answered was nice.

It's good at certain times but make sure to check your order before you go they tend to forget things but the food Is good

The food was nice and hot, tasty the best I've ever had snd I've been eating at Churches for years. Those young men were awesome

The chicken was fresh & delicious, but the macaroni was burnt. I really don't eat macaroni, I get it for my sons. I was disappointed with it.

We dont have this back east. So sad actually, because those biscuits are so precious and remarkable.

I was happy until I got home and discovered they did not give me my 8 biscuits. I spent almost $40 on a family meal.
