Staff not very friendly and they need to update the drive through could barley understand what they said.

Why is the lobby always close or closed early like I hope corporate sees this so inconvenienced and the employees in the just literally not doing nothing.

Good place to dine in with your family staff is very good food is fresh good place thank you

I've never had a chiken sandwich from church's till the other day and to be honest that was the last time, the sandwich was not crispy it was all soggy and not a really good taste to it, I'll stick to eating their chiken insted.

The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious. If it was grilled vs fried, (no breading,) I would've given it five stars. The old man is a red meat & potatoes guy, and had the two-piece meal with mashed taters & gravy. He scarfed it down to my surprise

Food was good staff was very patient ordered through the drive-thru was a $50 order that's also why I gave it a three-star for atmosphere

Twice in a week I have gone here to get a Church's 5 piece Texas Tenders meal at about 8 p.m. Twice I have been told, "Sorry, all we have left is bone-in chicken. And twice I have gone to Raising Cane's for dinner, which is a further drive.

Church's Chicken, you're losing a customer. Get it together and make sure you have enough product to meet customer expectations. Or be prepared to become the next failed fast food chain.

Unfortunately, this is for uber eats. They collected the order and instead of doing a hand off as requested they instead dropped it off at a different apartment although I requested the order to be a handoff. When calling customer service, they refused to listen and wanted to cut me off to supply excuses as I received a text saying the driver collected the type, but I had to wait for my money back. They then hung up when I mentioned recording. Importunely before the convo it was too late to reorder which Is why I was ok with 'go get the order back; but it was gone. This service is ridiculous based on the customer service agents who know nothing and copy and paste response and listen to nothing other than a way to get out. What a waste. Don't spend your money or the affiliate apps here at all. What a joke

Food was expensive for what we received. Family meal was 5pc. 2 sides, 4 biscuits 2 drinks and jalapenos we didn't want all for $30. Not worth it!

The young man with tattoos was ridiculously rude and really made my wife feel uncomfortable by what he sad. I don’t really know why you would want someone like that working there.

Door was locked 40 minutes earlier then what was stated on the sign in front of window for the Dining area. We pointed at our watch and showed it was pn 8: 20 pm the worker shook his head no, pointed to the drive through ;so we got in the car and waited a while to decide where we could go and dine inside on a rainy night. We decided to try Dennys not far from Church 's Chicken. And we really enjoyed our food at Dennys and will think twice before we go back to that Church's Chicken. We had driven 3 hours, we were hungry, we were tired and it was raining. I feel I rated fairly; after all Church's Chicken still had 1 hour and 1/2 before closing down for the night.

They gave me everything wrong. Charged me $30 for only tenders and won’t answer the phone they keep hanging up on me. DONT GO TO THIS CHURCHS

Food was so disgusting. The dining room was empty but the worker chose to clean the tables around us while we were eating making it even more disgusting.

The employee Michael is very unprofessional when finding a bug in my food he said I had place the bug in my food and refuse to give back my money at one point he threatened to call the cops
