Church's Texas Chicken, Tucson AZ

Was five stars untill my food delivery was left on the ground and wasnt correct, plus the lid on top of the soda was not on, and it dumped over.last time ever.extremely unhappy.

It was good but the staff appeared to be having a meeting or talking about us in Spanish, not sure which.

The Chicken Strips were not fully cooked. I tried twice, but unfortunately this is a deal breaker. Nice staff and clean place.

This will be the LAST time I will ever go to the Church's Chicken off of E Broadway. This was the second time that I received old chicken that probably has been sitting in the uncleaned light heaters for hours on end. Not only was the chicken old but it was extremely bloody as there was cooked blood all over the majority of the chicken, making it looked like it wasn't cleaned properly.

Another thing wrong with this chicken go this time around is one of the thighs that I had was rotten. Case in point the picture I have displayed. In the center it was black, not from blood but because the chicken was in fact too old to be served to customers! This is beyond ridiculous that they are serving this for the price of what is on their menus. They are going to make people sick, go into the hospital with food poisoning or worst, end up dead.

I advise everyone to please check your food when you order from fast food places. And if something is wrong with it, take it back and discuss it with the staff or manager. Whoever comes out from the cold depths of the graveyard of fast-food hell. I couldn't take the food back because I live too far away to return it when I got home to eat the food.

11: 10am ordered a 3 piece chicken strips meal. No customer service. Sad strips. Really sad in all aspects. Tiny dry biscuit. No sauce. Stale tea, fried okra is good. They didn’t have any change either. Gave me attitude because I used a $50 as I didn’t have anything smaller as that’s what I had on me at the moment. This is the 3rd time I’ve gotten bad service at this location. One time I sat for 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge my existence lol to no avail. So I think from now on if I get anything from them it would just be the okra

People were friendly and speedy.food was awesome.potatoes needed more gravy, but good. 3 PC wing were great!

Told us at drive through could not order XL potatoes or Slaw with our meal. Girl and guys there said shared managership when asked to talk to manager. Possible medium potates and slaw served with meal. VERY RUDE

Bad customer service, first of all, when i entered the place 3-5 employees were gossiping instead of being in their workplaces, the kitchen was empty, and lets not tall about how the manager treated us.the manager who was at the counter treated us very badly, he was upset because we did not know exactly the menu, the manager
started hitting the table in a way of telling us to hurry up.
There should have more competent people, the chicken was fine, but I had a very bad experience because of the man who served us, I leave you a photo of my ticket so you know who was the person in charge.
I do not recommend going to this place.

Got an order through the drive-thru didn't receive all my items after waiting several minutes drove home realized it try to call nobody

The employees speak little to no English. They always get the order messed up. 20-45minute wait time. It's not work it for the price and cold food

When I walked in, the employees were gossiping about another employee. When they finally took my order, I asked for a strawberry drink. When the employee handed me an empty cup, I reminded him that I wanted a strawberry drink. The employee very rudely told me that I had to say that when I placed my order. Another client got up and told them that he'd heard me ask for that drink while I was placing my order. The employees completely ignored both of us and went back to gossiping in Spanish.

Sandwich is OK- the new chicken with ranch and Texas Pete hot sauce

Popeyes still better

Gave me the wrong soda for a half gallon and didn't fill it to the line. Other than that everything else looks beyond satisfying

We as a large family preferred Churches Chicken above other alternative restaurants. However twice now we have gone to this particular restaurant and the service was so over the top BAD! The male we were trying to order from on both occasions was extremely rude and we wound up just pulling away because of his extreme rudeness. We will NEVER go here again!

Food was stale and terrible. Would rather get Hepatitis than Curches at this location again.

Tried them for there chicken sandwiches I think as good if not better than popeyes.lots of pickles love that.

Bought 12 piece family meal (all white) Came with 4 breasts and 7 tiny wings = 11 pieces. You would think for $49.72 (about $50) that you would get 6 breast and 6 wings = 12 pieces. Use to be lot bigger wings. Made wings really small but breasts did not get bigger. Please first of all for that price give 12 pieces for a 12 piece meal and 6 breasts. Then at least when you raise the prize sooo much but have lot smaller wings people do not feel as ripped off. Such a sad time for a place that use to value customer and not rip them off. Broadway and Pantano.
