I am so in love with my results & the whole staff at Ciao Bella! I was so nervous when I first decided to get my breast augmentation. Here in Phoenix/Scottsdale AZ there is obviously an abundance of surgeons. I visited with 4 different surgeons but everywhere else I went it felt like I was just another dollar sign. Also the response time everywhere else took over a week due to covid. However, when I called Ciao Bella to schedule my consultation I was able to schedule my consultation immediately for that same week!

On my first visit with Dr. Zavala I was sweetly greeted by the front desk receptionist. I spent over 50 mins chatting with Dr. Zavala about my questions & concerns. I was vegan at the time and Dr. Zavala took time out of his day to share some insightful information about the diet and how it would affect my healing. He didn’t try to pressure me to change my lifestyle but gave me some advice on supplements I could take to help. Showed me some YouTube videos explaining how foods break down in our systems & some Dos & Donts for a healthy lifestyle. I was so surprised that he actually cared about my health and didn’t rush through our consultation.

I was scheduled to get my surgery done on Dec 9 2020 but I got covid & was sick for 2 weeks. I was so sad & expected to be pushed out for at least 2 months but Rosie in their scheduling department coordinated with other patients & made it possible for me to get scheduled 6 weeks out after my negative covid test. Everything went without a hitch & I was able to get my surgery as soon as I recovered.

One other concern I had was going to big on the implants. I am 5 foot & petite so I was really scared of getting an exaggerated look. I ended up getting 330 CCs gummy bear implants and am now a small D. I have no idea how he did it but they look so natural and proportioned to my body. Even though I am only 60 days post op they’ve already dropped a good amount & the incision scars are fully healed. I have a darker complexion so of course I was nervous about how dark those would turn out. But since the incision was so small you can barely see it & I expect them to fade within 6 months to a year.

Best advice I can give anyone trying to decide if this is the surgeon for you is to go & meet the staff and Dr. Zavala before coming to any conclusions.

I met with Dr. Roberto Gonzalez for a consult and was very impressed! He explained everything very clearly and even made me think of questions I hadn’t thought of before. Usually doctors can keep a lot of details from you but I didn’t feel that way with Dr. Gonzalez. He wanted me to be completely informed. I was very nervous about the consult but he made me feel very comfortable and relaxed! I also met with Stephanie the finance coordinator who was very welcoming and super helpful! She made me feel like I was talking to a friend. Everyone had amazing positive energy and that’s definitely what I needed. I recommend everyone go for a consult and experience what I have. It will definitely help with your decision making.

I had a wonderful experience. I feel beautiful. I was watched carefully by Dr Gonzalez and staff. I was medicated appropriately. I had no discomfort during surgery. The Ibuprophen took care of my discomfort after surgery. My concerns were addressed each visit. Dr Gonzalez' staff is well trained and able to answer my questions. Dr Gonzalez was consulted if they did not know the answer. He and his staff took great care of me. Thank you.

I'm not one to write reviews - good or bad. However, Dr. Zavala and his staff (every single one I met from the front desk, nurse, consultation, finance coordinator) were wonderful during my visits there. They never rushed me during my visits, answered all my questions patiently to my heart's content and were oh so pleasant. I sincerely thank Dr. Zavala (who is the kindest doctor I have ever met) and his staff for making my experience a pleasant and memorable one.

Dr. Gonzalez was amazing throughout the whole process. He took his time making sure all my questions and concerns were answered. And the work he has done is amazing. The receptionists are so friendly and nurse amy was super helpful and friendly, shes honestly one of the best! Im so glad I chose Ciao Bella.

Ladies, we all want to look our best and to be proud of our bodies! I learned that the Dr here isn't board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery! I wanted to get some work done, but I need the best for my body and my money. Please do your research and you can save some time and effort unlike me.

I've had 3 procedures with Dr. E. Zavala. Obviously, if I've had 3, then I would rate them all very high as a repeat customer! HOWEVER, this posting is to share how extraordinary his doctoring skills really are unrelated to just plastic surgery. I unknowingly had some medical issues and when I expressed how lousy I was feeling - he questioned my symptoms, ordered labs, essentially made the diagnosis and referred me immediately, that same day, to a specialist -all with the help of his wonderful staff. Not only did he save my health from potential severe outcomes (because I really just thought I was depressed) but he also saved a long anticipated vacation!

Dr. Zavala did amazing work on me I had a full torso lipo with Brazilian and he gave me the results I’ve been dreaming about, I’m only one week out post surgery and I couldn’t be happier. I can’t wait to see what I will look like in 2 months thanks Dr. Zavala for my hour glass shape. I will definitely be back for more cosmetic work.

Dr. Zavala is an excellent cosmetic surgeon. My wife had a liposuction 2 months ago and we couldn't be happier with the results. I'm glad our PCP referred us to him. My wife had previously done a liposuction several years back by a local plastic surgeon that had left us disappointed and weary of doing it again. But during the consultation Dr. Zavala's knowledge and expertise really showed and we decided to go through with it. He explained how his approach to defining and contouring not only the abdomen, but the entire waistline, back and sides of the torso is key to a beautiful shape and that's what he delivered. We also found it reassuring and felt extra safe in his hands given that he is a former cardiologist and apparently has an excellent reputation with many doctors that know him. We are sure to go back to Ciao Bella and highly recommend his work.

I'm going to be honest guys.
When you make this decision to do something big like this, you have to keep in mind everyone's body is different, especially the healing process. Everyone heals differently! With that in mind Dr. Zavala & his staff were with me every step of the way & very patient with me after my procedure. I got the Smart Lipo w/ Butt Brazilian done. I can say that I was a little bit impatient with the healing process. But what can I say everyone is a little impatient these days. My End result. I love how I look.my husband LOVES how I look! I feel more confident because I look a lot better than I did before. I appreciate how the Dr is not out to just get my money, he is honest! I'm his walking product. With his many years of experience he made me look good!
As for his staff.from the very beginning, from making my appointment with the front desk, to scheduling with Rosie for my procedure, to my final follow-up w/ Dr & the nurses, they were super friendly, awesome, & Knowledgable. Customer service is very important to me. All the other Plastic & Cosmetic surgery offices in the Valley were just not the same. Therefore, I highly suggest going to Ciao Bella
