The manager here is awful! She thinks she's a dictator. We are all adults here we are NOT children.

Just met some of the Sweetest women today who are residents of this park! Good people make a good park!

Thought it was your run of the mill trailer park. You go the speed limit and people who live there drive super close to you.

My elderly parents live there and are on a fixed income and they keep raising the fees on them. Why? Has anyone else payments gone up?

Bowling is great fun, food is a bit pricey for what it is and floors need to be cleaned more often, dirt/rocks are hard on bottoms of my bowling shoes.

I can't say enough about the views, they are #1 reason to be hear for me. People are very friendly.

Very hospitable, pleasant employees. Should be a good place to move. Very peaceful and clean trailer park.

Really nice and quiet place with great people. The amenities include a pool and a hot tub. I would highly recommend it.

This place is poorly managed. I have seen multiple accounts of vulnerable elderly people being taken advantage of. The lady that used to run the place was a drug addict but she finally for fired after a few years of "managing". BEDBUGS. MICE.and more.

I bought a retirement home here for a very reasonable price. Quiet neighbors, nice people and very clean. My wife and I made a great choice.

Nice place but if my friend didn't already live there would have them liv ed somewhere else TO MANY DRUG DEALERS live here all I had to do is watch and you could tell PEOPLE are dealing to much in and out traffic I'm not stupid

Wonderful place to call home and Jennifer is a wonderful manager I been in the park for 4 years and she done a great job cleaning out the ones who can't follow simple bylaws I would love to invite all to come see for yourself how wonderful cielo grande mobile park is and how friendly all the residents are YOU WANT TO CALL CEILO GRANDE MOBILE HOME PARK YOUR HOME TOO.

Manager is a thief and a liar. Evicted an elderly veteran that was in the hospital during her power trip. When he got out of the hospital and found out he was evicted the would not allow him to get the few boxes and oxygen concentrater the manager left inside. The manager Jennifer Talley sold gave away or kept the rest of his household properry. Along with being a thief she has violated many AZ statutes which have been all logged and recorded by the maricopa county.sheriff's office. To be continued

I do like it here but I had to switch homes because I had Charles Manson as my neighbor the office ignored my complaints and promised they would do something to help me I felt scared and threatened I did not wanna come back here I actually thought about buying another place in scottsdale, but I moved to another location within the park, Marilyn is a life saver.and I feel much better now that I moved.thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown because if my neighbor.who still resides in park.due to a restraining order. I was sure he had to leave.but it was me who had to leave for my own safety and peace of mind.

Liars & thieves are the management.stay away from this place if you want to keep your $ in your pockets

WELL IT"S PRETTY NICE. I INJOY BEING HERE. MY SISTER SHE WAS THE ONE THAT HAD TOLD ME ABOUT THIS PLACE. I REALLY JUSTED STAY TO MYSELF. I HAVE ONLY TWO FRIENDS THAT I TALK WITH. I TRY MY BESTED TWO KEEP MY PLACE CLEAN AS BESTED AS I CAN. I DONT WORRY TWO MUCH. ABOUT SOMEONE TRYING TWO HURT ME IS BECAUSE WE ALL LOOK AFTER EACH-OTHER. I FEEL PRETTY SAFE AT THIS PARK. The management is worse than terrible the community is mostly whiney pathetic liberals it is a terrible place to visit much less live

Overpriced. Pay for sewer when only septic which owners are responsible for maintaining. Overcharge for watet.

I drove thru. Saw a lot of meth heads wandering around. 55+. I guess meth does not discriminate.

People in office are nice. Their short on help I love my place but a lot of stuff needs to be done. Going to office tomorrow to see if their willing to take it off security deposit we pd and put it towards rent hubby flipped the place kitchen was awful now we just need to get of the mold in laundry room so if they work with us ill be happy love this place.
