Cigna Urgent Care, Mesa AZ

Felt like I was being "questioned" about getting Covid tested when both my wife and daughter had been in for testing the day before with no issue. We all started showing symptoms simultaneously and the doctor told my wife I should come in ASAP for a test. I received no receipt of my visit or any materials on what to expect if I do test positive. Overall was just a bad experience. I will not visit this location again.

Very nice staff.busy Monday but it went fast. Best urgent care I have ever been to.
And the Doctor should be called Doctor Dreamy.lol

I was here today 11/15/19 and was seen by Dr Anderson. He was no help he wasn’t listening to anything I said it was a total waste of my money. I do not recommend this urgent care or that doctor. Don’t waste your money or time with this facility or that doctor. Maybe another doctor would have been helpful not sure? I do know I’m sick and have the beginning of a sinus problem which this doctor quickly wrote off. Unsatisfied with my visit and service will never be back.

Called to see if they would take last minute patients and the lady was very unprofessional - If you dont like your job then go somewhere else no need to be rude to people.

Great experience. Clean, fast, and personable staff. Dr. Reedy was great with my daughter and was thorough with his explanation.

Have been going here since before they moved here many years ago same great Dr.s. Staff is always nice and easy to talk to in your time of need. Love this place accepts most medicade insurances also

I've been waiting since 11: 30 a.m. And I have not yet seen a doctor my daughter has thrown up 4 times since I've been here. I guess the doctor has gone to lunch it's already 1: 17pm

I went there for a sinus infection. The wait was less than 5 minutes and I saw an experienced doctor. I was happy with his attitude and diagnosis. I also used their lab services to get clearance for surgery and they were very helpful and quick.

I came in on a Saturday morning for a sore throat (strep) I was in and out within 30 minutes. The front desk staff was friendly as was the doctor. Great service!

Gone to this urgent car several times and every time I am in an out with 30 mins. Would recommend every time.

I would give this urgent care zero stars if that was an option. However, the Dr and nurse were nice enough, so maybe one star is appropriate. After months with a plantar wart, I took my daughter in to have it removed because it was looking really bad and maybe even infected. The receptionist did not even look up or acknowledge my presence when we walked in. The Dr.looked at my daughter's foot, said he couldn't do anything about it and referred us to a dermatologist. I asked if he was concerned about an infection and he said, "yeah that could be infected. " and gave us a prescription for anti-biotics. He did not touch her foot to see if it was warm, did not ask much about pain, did not ask what we were doing to get rid of the wart in the event she was having an allergic reaction to the wart remover, etc. He just passed the buck (as the often do in medicine). Thankfully we won't be needing the dermatologist. The wart come off today. I warn you, do not go to this urgent care unless you want a referral to someone else.

Very professional, fast, and efficient. We've been to urgent care before, but this one is the best I've experienced.

Normally I would give this place a 5 star but today is terrible. One dr on staff today because the other called out. And no back up dr to come in. The one dr is swompt. I so far have been in the room waiting to see the dr for 55 min.

Went here for (what we assumed) an allergic reaction that resulted with me being covered in hives. The first visit was the day after the hives started (they popped up right before bed the night before), i let them know this happened before with a different allergen and The Dr suggested buying allergy pills and gave me an RX for a steriod. Went home, took my first dose; not a single thing happened. I took some benadryl a couple of hours later; the hives subsided.
Wake up the next day, and the hives are back only they are TEN TIMES WORSE. They're in splotches all over my body, it looks like my skin in its entirety is inflammed and my lips are slightly swollen. So, I head back for a second visit.
I head back, the nurse recognized me fron the day before and says "what happened! Youre back already? ! " And I said "yep, they came back with a vegence! " She let's me know it'll be a different Dr and then he comes in, let's me know what needs to be done, I got a couple of chest xrays (to check for valley fever) and he gives me three separate shots of benadryl, a stronger steroid "boost" and epinephrine. I felt a MILLION times better and the hives FINALLY went away. (But came back mildly everyday for another week)
The staff was friendly and the Dr's were knowledgeable and nice. The facility was overall pleasantly clean, I Would recommend!

Yes this urgent care is highly recommended for everyone who is like to see DR as soon as possible
