Don’t waste the time and energy here there is better out there. I’m serious we need to band together and get this place shut down!

They’re raising the rent, although there is an extreme roach infestation & they’re constantly shutting the water off for days at a time with no notice.potholes in the only parking lot that are deeper than the sea. The public area’s outside look like they’ve never been cleaned before.with blue pill heads galore at every corner, you’ll never be lonely. Speaking of roaches they sent out a notice for an exterminating treatment and had everyone PACK THEIR WHOLE APARTMENT UP just to not respond and nobody showed up. Everyone in the complex is nosy. No hot water for days on end. Speaking of neighbors there’s people with tons of kids running rampant yelling and getting into trouble all times of the day (6am, 10pm for example) The laundry room is nasty.can’t get clean clothes with dirty washers/dryers. They changed management and the new manager is terrible she acts like she hates her job.not a nice lady.i enjoyed JASMINE. If you literally have nowhere else to live and can’t afford a couple hundred more dollars for a nicer place, i understand. But please avoid this place. It really should be completely gutted and rebuilt cause it’s absolutely disgusting. I signed a lease & had to finish it out but honestly if i could go back in time I’d overlook this place. So many legal violations going on here, it’s insane!
