No employees were wearing masks over their nose. One took her mask off while stocking product. Unsafe.

Last week my brother went in to get swisher sweets and when he handed the cashier his ID, he wouldnt take it because the ID so happened to be cracked. Cracked less than an inch, but the circle k down the street nor any other gas station has a problem with it. This guy who has red hair was very rude! My brother tried to get his wife to buy it who is way over 18 and she had her licences with her, but he refused to sell it. He made them feel like little children and not the grown adults they where. He was disrespectful to the nth degree. Rather drive an extra mile to a different gas station that isnt circle K just to avoid dealing with this man.

I'm really sick of going to this circle k I use the gas pumps outside and the recipe paper never comes out its always out so I have to go inside to get it printed and this is the 4th week in a row when they don't have my cigarettes they are always out of stock. Iv never heard of a gas station like this I told rick and he has done nothing I am a regular and it never was like this till rick came even my sods they have is always out because rick does not order enough I told rick about it and he looked at me and laughed and said I don't need anymore soda so that was very rufd I will never come here again because of rick ill make sure to tell my friends

I normally love to go to this circle k for one of my daily sodas. I know a lot of the employees and they have always been great.
Today I walked in to my soda being out and asked the cashier Crystal if she could hook the Coke back up because it was out. She gave me some attitude some poor excuse About how she was there all by herself when there were two Circle K employee smoking outside. I’m not sure why she felt necessary to tell me that instead of just doing the job without complaint. It’s not like she had a line of customers waiting on her or anything to hold her up just the fact that she wanted to complain about not wanting to do her job on Easter. Talk to your management about that don’t take it out on your customers. Oh and Crystal if you were doing your job when I came in for a soda I wouldn’t have had to inconvenience you to refill it but the fact is is that you failed to make sure that it was full in the first place. What a joke. I guess crystal should clock out too if she don’t want to work. Lol

Bob the asistent manager is nice and he is such a people person. He has great customer service and cares about his customers.

We go to this store every morning to get my Husband's food and drinks for the day as well as cigarettes. A few weeks ago our 15 year old Son was with my Husband when he asked for a pack of cigarettes, the cashier named Crystal asked for our Son's ID. My Husband stated that is his 15 year old son, she still denied selling him cigarettes because of Son didn't have ID! I called the Manager and she stated that wasn't right and she would talk to Crustal. Ever since then Crystal will either be extremely rude to my Husband or will refuse to ring him up and ask the other employee to do it. Well, today my Husband went in with one of his employees and Crystal refused to sell my Husband Cigarettes because his employee only has the paler ID the MVD gives you! My Husband asks if she is kidding and the Asst. Manager Michael told my Husband if he comes back to this store he will be trespassed! I looked online and its perfectly legal to buys tobacco and alcohol with the temp. ID. Don't try to say she couldn't scan it because Crystal has NEVER scanned my Husbands or my ID, she just looks at it and give a it back. We have never had a problem there until this unprofessional cashier Crystal! Who became even more unprofessional after I called the manager on her. I have worked in customer service for many years and I wouldn't have a job if I acted this way to my customers! Guess it will be QT for us from now on.
