Circle K, Avondale AZ

Very poor service. Last night I observed a clerk engage in a verbal confrontation with a customer. The clerk then came from behind the counter to the front door of the establishment and proceeded to record the interaction while making insults. This situation could have went tragically wrong. Very poor representation of the Circle K brand. Her antics were absolutely poor. Management should better select, train and monitor staff.

Speed and convenience was good, but kindness and friendliness was poor. I walked up to the counter and spoke loudly to the cashier Ray and he didn't speak back. He didn't even acknowledge me. Does he knows how that feels? !

The reason I'm rating this Circle K a 1 is because of my experience with the cash register Kim. Kim is very rude and has no idea of how to portray decent customer service. However, she does roll her eyes with heavy sighs at customers including myself.
I walked in with someone else and specifically told her the items that were to be paid by myself and she was definitely annoyed while rolling here eyes and saying "OH MY God! ", in a loud voice when she had to separate the ticket. There's definitely a need for a professionalism training in this store. Reasons like this make people go to QT instead of Circle K.

I went into Circle K one day with my friend and as i went up to the cashier to pay for my drink she ignored me and continued talking to her friend about some coworker named Dale. I had to interrupt their conversation after 3 minutes of waiting and afterwords she treated me with disrespect and as if I was an inconvience to her. Her name tag read Krystal and i belive this was a very unprofessional reaction to my interuption. I believe she should be retrained or further action should be taken.

I tried to get gas credit card wasnt working I change to diff pump it was same a customer asked me if card worked I said no she said all pumps credit card works I went inside I asked the cashiers clinically they said my card works the problem is you card I said no just a customer complaint same she said is not true and I told her you should put that your card doesnt work so we dont waste our time she again said is you without a remorse I ask for corporate number they gave a number that no one was responding I will never step my feet in this location beside is super dirty service is as well super nasty

The employees are all very friendly and kind and always willing to go to what ever they have to make you happy. They do get busy for a little bit around 5-7pm. I really love everyone that works there. They do close from 2am-4am for cleaning of the store.

I went to this circle k earlier to get gas and refill my water cup but the cashier Sabrina was so incredible rude and disrespectful, I walked right back out. Never in my life have I witnessed or experienced such horrible customer service. I will never patronize this circle k again and I hope they fire that cashier Sabrina before she drives away too much business.

This circle k needs some love. I can usually get in and out rather quick but the gas pumps and the parking are a mess!

Nice staff. Fast service. Only store within about a mile of the neighborhood so it's a little busy.gas prices are usually a few cents cheaper than other places. They've remodeled the entire interior to now include cappuccino machines and fresh brewed teas. Parking low is dirty but the store interior is way cleaner.
