Circle K, Tucson AZ

All of the cashiers are friendly and professional with the exception of Nancy who is rude, condescending, and snarky. She needs a major attitude adjustment. A big thank you to all of the other cashiers, however, who are patient, genuinely friendly, and even kind. Please know that you are appreciated.

This has been my store for over 20 years. In the last 11 months it has become a nightmare. The new management is horrible. The store is consistently filthy with horrible customer service. The counters are disgusting and the inside and outside floors are so sticky I had to remove my shoes before getting back in my car this morning. I’m so disappointed that the company has allowed the new management to utterly destroy a neighborhood staple in the community.

The cashier was upbeat and said hello to everyone walking in the store, even though there was a huge line and she was by herself. She was super patient and polite. She said her name was Qortney. I hope I spelled that correctly.

Store says it promotes wellness but when I suggested a contact less interaction I was denied. I presented the cashier my identification, she insisted that it was company policy to swipe my ID. I asked her to type in my DOB or put on glove, considering she touched numerous items and identifications before mine. She became annoyed, refused and the rest of my interaction was with attitude.

So my uncle and I went in for a polar pop today.there was 2 people atleast working only 1 on register, had a line to the door. I understand we all need lunch breaks, but if you see a line that long, you help get those people out asap. It's supposed to a convenient store.a dude made a rude comment and the lady working didn't let it bother her tho. Good for you! Seriously if they are more then 3 people line hop on the register if your stocking for 5 10 minutes.makes a difference

The lady with dark hair is a liar. They refuse to get stuff fixed in store and won't take any kind of responsibility to helping people

Poor service. They don't know how to read IDs nor understand how IDs are issued. The simple thing is customer service and they do a terrible job. Rude lazy and smell terrible. Not sure how they hire some of the people who work. Huge difference between quick trip and circle k. I totally see how quick trip is a superior and much easier quicker establishment to get in and out of.

The store is always busy. Employees are great. Some customers don't like the ID rules a throw a fit and the employees always respond with what the rules are. If you appear to look under 40 to them you get Id'd. They go out of their way to help customers.

I don’t know why people come on here and post negativity. I live not too far from this location and this is by far the best circle k location I’ve gotten gas at.any over crowding is due to the location. This location also has a walk in freezer.staff and management are polite and helpful and cleanliness of store is better than most.

I'm homeless and I love hanging outside of this Circle K and hassling whoever walks buy

They are not very proud doing they work really lazy the store it was very dirty like goin the store feel very nasty Air filter it's was very dirty floors was very nasty they need get new manager for this store not go too support this store they need too close this store circle k bad store I will call the health department this week

Lisa-cashier. Makes up her own "policies" and tells customers its policy for her to run their cards. I dont think so! Poor poor attitude. Several customers just walked out. She tells my husband to send his wife back! Called and the Lead on shift has a bad attitude too. Called corporate office and filed a formal complaint. Waiting to hear back from district manager. Times suck right now and theres absolutely no excuse to treat customers poorly.

The black girl with short hair was rude and made a racist comment to me because I'm white and then called me racist. I didn't even know what to say to that i never made such a comment. Then she tried to card me for cigarettes I'm over 40 years old i look over 40 and I'm not a child. Don't go here there racist to people

Ridiculous To wait 15 min for for coffee creamer to get refilled The place is so slow takes 20 just to get gas the big red head lady takes forever to fo anything. And now they id everone even if your over 50 its ridiculous a tip for you save the time go down the street to the QuikTrip you get out there faster and be able to be on time
