Circle K, Chandler AZ

For real, the cashier (I didn't catch his name, sadly) was super friendly and had a great sense of humor. This is what customer service should look like - and this was 9: 30 at night when the crazies start coming out.

Wish I could give less than one star. ALWAYS have issues when coming to this Circle K. This time pumps were missing the nozzles to pump the gas so trying to find a working one is a mission in it’s self. Used the self check out for the first time to purchase gas and what do you know the pump didn’t work! So when I went in to tell the mentally disabled cashier he made it seem like he would transfer the payment over but wanted me to pay again and proceeded to tell me to not tell him how to do his job. I will make sure I NEVER go to this location ever again! Maybe the manager should look into replacing the rude mentally disabled worker for better customer service.

Love this place, give them a break people it's a busy convenient store.
EDIT: GAS PUMPS ALWAYS DECLINE CARD AND SAY SEE CASHIER UNTIL I FIND A PUMP THAT WORKS NEVER FIXED.

Edit again: gas pumps dont even work yet again, why I avoid getting gas here at all cost. Came with almost out of gas and won't work the reps are clueless inside

Friendly staff. Non-working soda fountain. Petition signature takers in store. I swear all the prices have gone up.

I really like coming to this store. The staff is friendly. Why do you lock the doors for 1hr around 2: 30am? I go to this store everyday at the same time and I have run into this problem a few times now

Always get what I need, except for Bic lighters. Some reason there out of lighters 95% of the time

This store good staffs but need to follow some quality check also, the milk cans are expired one day ago found in the racks. I had informed to the male staff over the counter, but I don’t think he is seriously considering that he replied saying “ we will take care of that moved on “.

It was Circle K. They don't typically go out of their way to be nice to you but they don't provide bad service either.

Horrible place. Doesn't allow payment at the pumps so you must go inside to buy gas. Only one person in the entire, rather crowded, store wore a mask in the midst of Omicron spread! Won't shop here ever again. Every gas buyer had to go inside.

Stopped at this location today because my 3-year-old needed to use the restroom. The women’s bathroom was beyond filthy (walls, floor, toilet, everything)! It was so bad that my little one said very loudly “no, it’s dirty” and refused to go in. Shame on upper management for even allowing this bathroom to still be open for public use! A complete gut job is BADLY needed. I wish I’d taken photos to post.

9 times out of 10 I come here for gas they seriously have either half the pumps out of service or all of them.

The remodel of this store made it 1000x worse.

Employees are rude and don't know what is even going on. Absolute joke of a store it should be razed and a QT put in it's place.

Stopped on my way through town for gas. Was told I couldnt use the restroom because they dont allow guests to use the restroom. Absolutely rediculous to refuse a woman restroom usage.

This Circle K is complete garbage, very rude and the staff is unwilling to assist. Thank you for being very disrespectful and showing no empathy. I will never visit this location again

Made a pit stop to use the restroom while running errands.figured I’d grab a bite to eat while in there. The restroom had no seat liners, the toilet paper was hanging on the purse hook on the wall (not in the dispenser) and it smelled like fishing bait in there. The last time the bathroom shows it’s been checked and cleaned up was on 3/11, today is 4/24.
I decided to forego getting food, as I wasn’t sure I could trust the cleanliness (or lack thereof) in this store.

Called to ask if their restroom was available and was told a definite yes. Drove there from a nearby park and the restroom is closed for construction. Apparently it's been closed for weeks. Not a good time to play games with a person's urgency. Why lie about something you know for certain is false? Why was this simple thing so hard to answer truthfully? Childish.

At least one of their pumps are always broken. Their squeegee water smells horrible all the time if there is ever any. Trash cans on islands are usually overflowing. Credit card machine in pumps sometimes work. And the final straw, the last time I was in for the morning rush, two cashiers were there and the poor girl behind the counter actually working was trying her best to keep up and the older lady was talking up a storm to her and not helping customers. This place really went down hill, and I have been coming here for years. Stay away.
