Rude attendants, broken fuel pumps. Dude behind the counter just eating snacks and smacking his lips. Was generally displeased that he had customers. Spend your money somewhere else.

Soda machine has been down for weeks because they’re out of carbonation, not acceptable to be out for literal weeks. They also don’t make any tea even though they don’t need carbonation.
Manager should be fired and hire someone who can get things ordered and fixed.

The cashier was rude and aggressive. He turned me away for having cash because he was closing his drawer out but he wasn’t even counting his drawer. We shouldn’t have to deal with bad attitudes from them because they don’t work efficiently. Especially first thing in the morning. What a joke.

Avoid this Circle K! There are plenty of others to choose from. I had a horrible experience with all three "employees" at this store during the Saturday morning shift of June 4th, 2022.

The attendant, "Mike C", the only one wearing a name tag, should be FIRED and should never work in customer service in any capacity. Another man was wearing a Circle K uniform but claimed he was not an employee (he was wearing house shoes so I truly hope he wasn't on shift). I have a video of this man and Mike C and a cleaning attendant. The man that claimed not to work there removed his shirt several times in the store and threatened me while I was filming. I was extremely embarrassed for the Circle K brand and I will never go back to this location.

I will contact customer service to ensure that no one else is treated in this manner. Completely unprofessional behavior and a poor reflection and representation of Circle K.

You all at Circle K can do better than this and need to look closely at the quality of your employees.

This should never happen to any of your customers. I suggest you implement measures and make changes in order to ensure it does not happen again to anyone.

One of the two Circle K’s in the area that actually stays open all night, thank you! We don’t all work 9-5.
The young lady that typically works the night shift is always helpful and polite. Don’t go in expecting 5 star service, it’s a gas station/convenience store. But they will help if you ask and I’ve never had a bad experience here.

For covid and even after this pandemic I think it’s a good idea to use a tray to put your money on so we avoid skin to skin contact like the way they do in Asian countries at convenience stores.

Old Indian guy always has an attitude, and your usually waiting up there for 5 minutes before he comes to the register. Trash service

I was in this morning around 8: 10am the store well they say he is the store manager RAID was stocking drinks while I stood waiting in line no one was in line but me and my son. Once he acknowledged me he didn’t greet I said good morning and nothing. He rung up my items and I asked for $40 cash back this man cussed me out in front of my son and said you should’ve asked sooner. So I responded saying if you hate this job so much you should quit. Worst costumer service! I will never go back to this circle K they need upper management to fire this man! Not only did this man cussed at me but he was very disrespectful! Please do not go to this store.
