Circle K, Phoenix AZ

Sadley should be labeled an IN-Convenience store. If you are in a rush or anything just pick any number of other places then. I stopped in to spend $4 cash and I walked in to the store at 4: 40pm on a Monday and there were 10 People in 2 lines in the store, as I walked in and joined the line another 5 people had joined behind me and one of the two ladies working went on break with 14 people in line!
I decided to be patient and waiting and paid for my item but I truly did not need the item and could have just left.

Just over the weekend I stopped in for a moment and much less people in line but again, 6+ min in line; again, for a doughnut.

Also seems like you are an inconvenience, the store had some kind of smell while I was waiting to check out.

Hope to see this place improve since it is so close to me but if I need a snack it's to QT I go.

This circle k is freaking horrible! The employees there especially the older women with short gray hair is extremely rude they are very impatient with customers! They never say please or thank you.they let pan handler's hang around there.the place is filthy! Very unsafe for anyone to go to!

The way that the employees at this location treat the unhoused people is very upsetting.we are all human and deserve to at least have some water.a man came in with one of his cups for a refill and the employee refused to allow the man to get a drink or anything at all. Using the excuse that the man’s cup was “old” so i was very taken aback when i offered to purchase a drink for this man and the store employee told me i could not do that and kicked the man out.do better.we could all be in that position at any point and it’s very stomach turning to see humans get treated this way.

I used to go here alot! It has really gone down hill in the last couple of years. I witnessed a few homeless fights right in front of the store. Sad, it has become unsafe & trashy. Not to mention the lines & the waiting. The fountain is ALWAYS broken!

This Circle K placed a $150 hold on my son's debit card for days, causing him overdraft fees and a lot of headaches for both of us. The manager wouldn't return calls. Circle K's local office claimed they never do this. When I finally heard back from corporate several days later, they simply said they do place holds on cards and offered no further information or reasoning and no resolution.

2 RUDE drama unintelligent witches work here, both tried to rip me off, dirty store too, looks filthy! I was told if you pump the handle of gas pump more than once to get gas for which you pay it will cancel, so BEAWARE of these con artists EX-con prision type witches clearly low life scum work here, seems to be runnin some kind of scam and again FILTHY PLACE! Dont bother stopping here, absolutely GROSS!

From the moment I walked into the store Kizzy had a total attitude. I walked in and said hi she turned away from me without a word. I found my stuff walked up to the register and ask for a roll of Rolaids. She again gave me total attitude. She scanned my stuff then walked away from the register and I had to reach across and scan my own rewards card to which she grabbed the scanner and threw it to the other side of the register. I work at Circle K! Kizzy is the most unpleasant person that I have ever experienced at any of your stores EVER!

Been Coming here for roughly 7 years, never have I came across a more rude employee than the one that's works here by the a name of Kizzy.

She acts like it's her house, and not her employment, and she's a horrible host.

I will not be back as long as she works there.

Circle Ks have never been linked to the best experiences, how ever Kizzy takes the cake, hands down.

Beware setting foot in her domain.

Takes 10 minutes to pay for anything in this store because there are usually 10 people in line and 1 person stocking the store and running the register, The person working the register was super stressed and trying her best and Said the owners are to cheap to Hire any help.now I just go to QT they have 3 or 4 people working and no wait.

A girl named kizzy wouldn’t help me purchase drinks for my kids. Which is super disappointing. Instead of asking for help to see if there is anyway to assist me she automatically said she couldn’t do it. Even though at multiple circle ks they have enetered my food card or EBT card in manually. I’ve never had a problem. But I feel like instead of saying she couldn’t do it right away maybe she could have taken it as an opportunity to learn something so that she could help the customer because that’s ultimately her job. To help the customer. Instead I had to listen to all my kids cry about not getting the drink i promised them when it was 115 degrees outside. Very disappointed.

Outstanding performance from Circle K's bright and pleasant staff located on 19th and Union Hills. Quick cashiers and clean parking lot earn 5 stars for Circle K's 24h monitored self service station.
