Circle K, Phoenix AZ

Do not buy gas at this location it smells funky and is so watered down! I filled my tank and it was gone in a few days normally last me a week. Get your gas at QT instead

I’m a diabetic, so when I come to this location for gas and a polar pop, I love to get a unsweetened iced tea and put Splenda in my tea since I can’t have normal sugar. The past 3 months your store never has any iced tea in the containers and always a sign that says “sorry we’re out” this is the only circle k that has no iced tea, and unfortunately this is the only circle k close to me. It’s disappointing because I use to come in all the time for a tea and gas and now I just don’t even bother. At this point I just think it’s the employees being lazy and not wanting to brew any tea. Too bad.

Guy with the glitter eyelids and hello kitty hair clips/ pink hair needs to leave the sassy attitude at home i get ur trying to give out a certain vibe but thats just not it definitely not a people person

This is the most ghetto circle k I've ever been to. Employees shouting the n word, being rude to customers, and an overall terrible experience. If I could rate with 0 stars, I would.

I stopped in today at about 3: 00 pm 1/8/22 the male employee behind the counter was coughing and sneezing all over the place I realize your short handed but to have a employee working that sick is not fair to the customers.please monitor your employees, theres a pandemic and he had no mask on! I wii report this to the corporate office as well.

Guy with the pink hair needs to grow a spine. Store is always closed from 10pm-6am. In the day time there is usually a super long line with one clerk but at least they are nice.

This is the slowest Circle K I have ever been to. None of the employees ever seem to have a clue what they're doing and half of them barley speak English. They're always understaffed and the line will always wrap around the inside of the store. Don't stop here unless you've got a solid 20-30 minutes to wait in line.

Dude with the pink hair always has a bad attitude. My guy it’s not YOUR store please leave your emo “I’m totally different” attitude at home.

Shin lei and Basem are both pretty rude and have zero customer service skills mister lei had been very ride to me several times, once my car diedat one of the gas pumps at this gas station where I had just bought gas and come inside and purchased a drink and cigarettes and I could not get any service on my cell phone at the same time and he would not even let me borrow the phone to call a tow truck! And that shop at the circle k all the time. Then the last time I was in there the one of the fountain drinks was empty that I was trying to get and it took Mr Lee three tries and nearly 15 minutes to get the fountain working again so I could get a refill and when I got to the register and asked Basem if he was going to charge me for the refill even though I had to wait 15 minutes for me for it he still charged me and I've been in that situation at other circle k's many times over the decades and usually if you have to wait for them to change out the syrup box so that you can get a refill they don't charge you for it I just thought it was extra rude on top of everything else

I was trying to find out how much unlead gas was because Im low on fuel and didnt want to waste gas. I called and was hung up on, called again and than I couldn't get and answer.

The sole clerk was kind, helpful, fast, and accurate. However, what manager has only one employee working a convenience store on a major arterial road on a Friday evening? No one else available, the manager should have been there. As fast as the clerk was, the line was a steady twelve people long the entire long, long time I was there.

Never had an issue with any of the employees @ this location. The majority of everyone who works here is always friendly, & efficient.

Am very disappointed at this store.i have had been a customer for years i have live the around the neighborhood for years now until today my 4 Year old was trusty.i stop by this circle k grad some drinks and fill some this manager name Michael grab my drinks and put then on the thrash and told me to get the hell of the store because one of his crew worker was bring me up the order i wait why is this am been a customer for very long time
