Circle K, Phoenix AZ

The same id I used to to fly through the airport and go the the dispensary wasn’t good enough for them and they would not sell me wraps

Some staff is awesome e.i. Robert (nite manager) super courteous. Always has a infectious smile, and a couple other staff members are pretty nice. I visit this store a lot but other than them the rest of the staff can be rude. And theres always some homeless person begging for change rudely. I get it everyones not as well off. But no means no.

No public restrooms “due to covid” they sent us across the street to use the bathroom at jimmy johns. This has nothing to do with covid and everything to do with laziness and bad business practice. Surprised coming from a well known brand like circle k.

It's on Roosevelt and 16st but I have to say it's pretty clean everytime I go there. Cashier's are professional and courteous. Never have I had an issue inside or outside with the people that tend to hang around the area. Def would suggest stopping if you live in the area.

The only circle k that doesn't have suger for the coffee bar, usually artificial sweeteners can't get a good cup of coffee more often then not.

Don't pay with cash they don't give your money back not right it. You don't give thing for free but you want to keep75 cen

Rude cashier in the morning she looks like she hates her job. You can't ask for help cause she'll roll her eyes and ignore you them make you wait. I literally walked in a good mood and walked out upset. And that's why I avoid circle k and prefer qt

Some of the workers have horrible customer service. I know they may get a lot of unwanted traffic but aye you work in downtown Phoenix!?

Had to many things to choose from, guess it be okay if you weren't in a hurry, but as we all know, we just want our gas or munchies so we can get back on the road. Very clean but employees rude and not at all helpful they are to busy BSING like we the customers can't hear, kinda funny. I'd stop by again

Went in there on a Wednesday during the day and they had the bathrooms closed not like it was a Friday or Saturday night where drunks would go in there screw Circle k QT all day

I didnt buy anything this time. I couldnt. I thought they had public restrooms. They cant handle it. They are blocked off. I had to pee. Im disabled. I will just wait at the bus stop. Hopefully it can wait.and do it at home

Nice place to get drink refills, but they often have security problems from kids grabbing food and running.

Awful customer service. Cashier was rude. Three employees standing around having a conversation instead of attending to customers.

No soap in either bathroom. Lady in front didn't even care. It's always like that she said. Great. Filthy employers filthy everything you touch pretty much. If no one is washing their hands that's a nasty health risk. People make me sick.

It's a great place with everything you need. It is slow at night and has nutty characters that about. Other than that it's your typical convenience store

Nice and new Circle K that looks to be modeled after the Quiktrip stations. Lots of pumps, Large store with public bathrooms.

Clean store. Well stocked. Restrooms available. Nice new gas pumps. Too many homeless hanging around. It would be nice to walk into a circle k without being hit up for spare change.

Incredibles dirty restrooms a lot of trash outside also homeless asking for money and harassing customers they really need a security guard 24/7

This location while new is always dirty. It is no surprise that the store is always out of Hotdogs and roller grill items but when they are on there they look burnt to a crisp. The staff is polite but the store is a mess.

Always waiting in line, cashiers are so slow. Would rather go to Quick Trip, but this the closest to my work when I'm out of cigarrets!
