Circle K, El Mirage AZ

This gas station has been terrible if you want gas. Their pumps are always down. I have at this point lost track on how many times I go to get gas and every pump has a yellow bag over them or their card readers don't work. Never had this problem before it became a circle k.

Came here to get a couple things and some gas paid cash through the self checkout because they make everyone use it got out to the gas pump and the gas I just paid for was not on it. I went back inside and told them the gas was not on the pump they asked me for the receipt but I didn't grab it cause my hands were full so I was told to come back later tonight to get my refund. Don't come here unless you like losing money or not getting what you paid for. I did get a refund but it was 4 1/2 hours later.

I just had the worst experience at the Circle K went and pumped gas got us some other stuff and they cannot print out a receipt for you told me I’d have to wait five minutes for the machine to print out a receipt so I went to my car put the gas up, went back in and then they started telling me that they couldn’t even find my purchase or a receipt to give me everybody was very rude and unsympathetic. Definitely go to a different circle K

This circle k never has any receipt paper in their pumps and their old technology takes forever to print a receipt inside

2 nd circle k that wouldn't sell me a propane tank. Told me there's a nation wide shortage. That they didn't have any tanks. Hey, what is all those tanks then? !

Careful with the machines they be doing some fraudulent activities, My popcorn chicken rang up as something else and I ended up getting overcharged

I normally have no problem with this circle k location. The last 2 times I have gone I had a run in with an assistant manager. She yelled at me about wiping down the counters and how I made a mess. When I came into the store the soda fountain had soda everywhere and as a customer it wasn't my job to clean it up. I informed her that she was very rude and she proceeded to yell at me and walk off. I am very upset by her presence due to the confrontation and hope a manager will call me to talk about my experience. The lady at the register was fabulous though.

Trying to train the public how to self check out. With four employees standing behind the counter playing. Can buy lottery tickets. Scales not recognizing products so cashier ringing it up anyway. Please build a QT across the street.

Within an hour of drinking a partial coke slushee from here I got so sick, felt like I was poisoned. I'm guessing parts of the machine aren't getting cleaned with bacteria or there is a chemical poured incorrectly in that machine. I got sick to my stomach fast and I never get sick, almost immediately did not feel right and wasn't ok untill I got rid of what I ingested and felt so much better. Seriously beware of the icee machine! I'm not joking.

This is probably the worst circle k in terms of being clean or not in all of middle Arizona. And that's being nice. Is barf in the bathroom sinks the toilets haven't been cleaned and I came here yesterday and it was exactly the same yesterday minus the barf. Trash cans haven't been emptied the coffee station is a freaking mess it should be closed down and it was exactly like it is right now yesterday. They never stopped their products when it comes to the coffee creamers and it looks like the people never leave the registers and go anywhere and do anything to make the place any better in quality. There's so many circle k's around I'll never come back to this one.

This Circle K is going downhill fast. Turning into spam. Soda fountain is always out of order or out of ice, product or out of cups. Crowded and long lines makes me wonder how they stay so busy.

The store is messy, the restrooms are absolutely filthy. There was used toilet paper everywhere including the sink. The first stall's toilet the inside was covered in dried feces, the second one had something clear, thick, and slippery on the floor (that I slipped in), and the final stall - the handicap stall - had a bloody diaper and a bloody sanitary pad on the floor. This was the worst women's restroom I've ever seen. My husband's description of the men's restroom was no better. If this is where the employees use the toilets and wash their hands, how can you trust the food? Incredibly disturbing.

Is anyone ever going to fix the receipt printers on the gas pumps? You’re making expense record keeping for people difficult.

Not only were the restrooms completely filthy and disgusting there was Zero toilet paper and the holders were all busted also rest of store was filthy as well and fountains were busted with a confusing sign tht said all dark sodas no carbonation wnt be returning if there is even a porta potty available

I came here looking for breakfast and was not disappointed. Two breakfast burritos with chorizo really hit the spot. Nice large kitchen here. Amply sized facility with plenty of pumps and plenty of selection in the store. Not the largest selection at the fountain, about medium from my experience.

My last trip here was for gas was on 11/27/20.

Pump #1: Wouldn’t accept my card because something was jammed in the reader
Pump #2: Accepted the card but kept saying “See Cashier”
Pump #3: Actually got it to pump gas, but it was so slow it was pumping approximately 1 gallon a minute - and I’ve got a 26 gallon tank

This place has a history of bad pumps ever since it went from a Valero to a Circle K. I’ve given them multiple chances to get the pumps right but today was my last trip. I wouldn’t come back to this place to use the toilet.
