Circle K, Phoenix AZ

After depositing about 3.00 dollars worth of change in the great self service machine.shuts down and states need to pay the 8.41 the original amount with a card. Ummm what happened to the amount that was already deposited. Per the employee it timed out, must have taken to long. What? Did you not hear me put in the change? Yes but she had no way of knowing how much I put in. I owed the original 8.41. No one does a audit on these machines? Or collect the money people put in? This must make a nice little side hustle for circle k.

The employees have no people skills they harass individuals based on their appearance and have been known to brandish handguns at consistent paying consumers. Disagreements escalate to violent threats. The African American employees are very dangerous and I fear for my life when walking through the parking lot.

I come in pretty much every day and I'm greeted by a good morning or good afternoon. It's very comforting thanks guy's your awesome

It's kind of busy and therefore the cleaning could be a lot better. The staff were friendly and courteous. They need obvious assistance.

Cigarettes are expensive when they gave a sign up that states lower prices and it wasn't very clean.

This location on Glendale right off the I-17 is one of my favorite Circle Ks to visit. They know their customers and treat them well! Every employee I have came in to contact with has always been a joy! They know most of the customers by name, they are always willing to help and are always nice! I wish I knew their names but the lady with the glasses that mostly works mornings is my favorite employee there. Not only can she hold a good conversation but she knows her local community extremely well. No matter who you are, she is always kind and respectful. We have had talks about the people in the neighborhood and she seems to genuinely care about her community. A recently hired a security guard, and he is cool to. I don't think he has been there long but he already knows customers names, he is friendly and has excellent interactions with everyone that walks through the door. The employees here make you feel comfortable and welcomed the minute you walk in the door.
I do warn you though! The people hanging out asking for money is overwhelming at times but we actually all interact with the homeless population here and help them as much as possible.
Thank you to all the employees for doing such an outstanding job at running our neighborhood Circle k.
NOTE** THERE IS A CIRCLE K NOT TO FAR FROM HERE ON 27TH AVE AND GLENDALE AND IF YOU HAD TO CHOOSE ONE OF THE TWO, I WOULD DEFINITELY HIT UP THE ONE OFF THE I-17.27TH AVE IS A DISASTER AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PEOPLE OR THEIR STORE!

I buy a money order probably once a month. Same guy always giving me a different time to buy money orders. I walk in around 8: 20pm on 11/2/2020. He say we don't sell money order after 7pm. Last month same guy told no money order after 9pm. The previous month before he told me 8pm. I drove another mile to another circle K to get a money order no issues.

I don't know why it would be so, but the few times I have gotten deisel fuel my truck here, it seems to run a little better. The cheddarwurst hotdogs are also very good and they have better coffee and water than other convenience stores. Cashiers are always friendly too.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! BAD AT HANDLING ISSUES WITH GAS PUMPS.

WE PUT IN 5 IN CASH- 2 FROM A LOTTERY AND THE REST IN QUARTERS.

WE WERE ONLY ALLOTTED TO PUMP 2.39 BEFORE SOMETHING HAPPENED WITH THE PUMPS.

THE LADY INSIDE, DENISE B, STARTED TO TELL AT MY HUSBAND WHEN HE WANTED THE REST OF HIS MONEY. SHE SAID COME BACK TOMORROW AND TELL THE MANAGER ABOUT.

SHE DIDNT GIVE US A NAME. I ASKED IF I CAN SPEAK WITH A MANAGER AND THE MANGER, CRYSTAL, DIDN'T ANSWER.

I ADVISED IN A CLOUD OF FACES I HARDLY DOUBT COMING BACK TOMORROW WILL SOLVE OUR ISSUE OF THEY DON'T HAVE OUR INFORMATION.

DENISE STARED YELLING AND EVEN HARASSED ME BY STARTING SHE WAS GOING TO CALL POLICE. I ADVISED HER TO CALL BECAUSE SHE WAS STEALING FROM CONSUMERS.

KNOWINGLY ACCEPTING MONEY WHILE KNOWING THE PUMPS AREN'T WORKING IS STEALING. I TOOK A PICTURE OF THE PUMP BECAUSE THERE WAS NO OUT OF SERVICE SIGN ON THE PUMP.

THIS CIRCLE K IS POORLY MANAGED AND I'M HIGHLY DISSATISFIED. I ADVISED IF SHE COULDN'T HANDLE CUSTOMERS IN A PROPER MANNER, THEY SHOULDN'T BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I STILL HAVE YET TO GET BACK MY MONEY.
