Circle K, Phoenix AZ

Horribly run store and always closed. Twice today I went and there was a sign on the door saying they'll be back. The self checkout is probably the stupidest thing to ever put in a store like this, but what do I know, I'm just a paying customer. Please go to the 7/11 up the road, or the QT. Let this store fail and be replaced by something better. Really hoping and wishing and telling everyone I know to stay away from this place so they can go out of business. Unlikely I know, but it makes me feel a bit better.

A joke of a store. I get having to close here and there late night I'd you only have one person. But when it's 5: 40am and you have 3 employees inside it's unacceptable! I walked 20 min to get there!

I'm out front of the store right now on a Saturday and it's 5: 50 p.m. There's a sign on the door that says we'll be back at 6: 20 p.m. I never seen a Circle K closed in the middle of the day like this. A lot of people keep walking up and trying to go in but for some reason the store is just sitting here closed which is weird for a Circle K

I live in this neighborhood and this is the closest Circle K to us. We used to enjoy stopping at this convenient store, but they have hired a very hostile employee, Mike, the guy with the red dreads. He’ll accuse you of stealing refill cups which is only a $. 10 difference. It’s quite embarrassing Since he has done it multiple times. I bring in my refill cup as my part to help with the environment. I won’t be coming to Circle K any longer. It’s worth driving a longer distance to QT, where the employees know what customer services is.

Dirty.always closed at random times when it says they are 24 hours! Hire people that don’t randomly close the store. People rely on these places to get from point A to point B. Employees cause too much havoc and the homeless is sickening. Just go to QT for gas or Shell they’re cheaper anyway, their fountain machine will work too unlike this location.

2 days in a row. Came last night around 130am. Doors locked. Guy with the black beard sitting outside. I asked him if I can pay cash for gas. He said he is closed for another 20/30mins. Okay.maybe he was on break. Just came back today. (next day.) It's 9: 42. Sign on door says will be back at 930. Maybe he meant to put 10pm and they left at 930. Idk.

Amy night 11/5-11/6 was amazing customer service, went over board to help me get the last charger for my phone I’m out of state and was struggling, she was very kind and very good conversationalist, if I could give 10 stars I would

Friendly staff. They carry the products I use daily. New point of sale card process is a bit lengthy, but that's on the company, not the staff.

The employees here won't do their job on sever occasions there have been times where either myself or another has been refused service for arbitrary and unjustified reasons

I come to this Circle K a lot due to my film business being nearby, and I must say, it’s hit or miss depending on the day. I have however noticed the associate by the name of Laura, is always smiling and showing excellent customer service.hard to find Anywhere these days. I might say she is the very reason I keep my business here. Thank you Laura for always being so nice to not only myself but others too!

Aspirin, it’s literally a life-saving drug for somebody with a heart condition and you don’t have it

What kind of gas station, a place were people stop when they are traveling, doesn't let children use the bathroom?
