The two gentlemen that work there are always nice and friendly! Today I had a horrible experience with the girl by the name of "Dede" she had the worse attitude. I tried purchasing two candies because there was advertising of buy one get one for $1.50. She rolled her eyes because she had to go see the advertising. I showed her and she ripped the paper off went back to the register and told me there's nothing she can do she can't price change anything I either pay full price or leave. She said she was told to staple the advertising to my recipient and give it to the manager. Which I would if had no problem as I understand sometimes these things happen. It was her attitude that was upsetting. This advertising has been there for more than a week I don't understand why she wouldn't know of it. Her first bit of attitude showed when another employee was walking out to go home she told dede to remind all the customers of free coffee day tomorrow and her response was, " I don't work until 5pm tomorrow, so (shrugged her shoulders) I'm not even planning on being here. " I understand we all have bad days but it doesn't mean it is OK to take it out on paying customers.

Love this store have been coming here for years Dede is such a wonderful Girl she always has a smile and gives great service that woman Adrianne Rae on here saying she has an attitude is just not being truthful I was there in line and the lady is just a cheapskate and always takes forever in line she had a bad attitude with Dede that day bc she did not want to change the price and lose her job I feel for the girl with what she has to put up with at this job I have seen how people treat her terribly especially when she is by herself all I have to say is keep up the good work and stay strong.

I really want to give 5 stars yet, at the same time, I want to give 1 star. I have been coming to this Circle K since the 90s. It's right down the street from my house, there are no fuel pumps and getting in & out is relatively easy.

The Assistant Manager who works in the morning is so sweet. Spence is so cool too. There is another guy who is cool too, I don't remember his name. I think he had a pony tail & dark hair.
With that being said, let's get to why only 3 stars.

When I go at night, for whatever reason, they are closed. That doesnt bother me, what bothers me is, tonight, (Friday Dec. 9th 2022 at around 2: 00am I pull im and thankfully the store is still open. The clerk is leaning against counter & talking with a customer. I pull up and he flails his arms then rushes out to tell me they are closed.

All the while, the customer is still in store.
Excuse me? The sign was not up, the Door was not locked and there is literally another customer in store. I hate to leave negative reviews, but I find this to be unacceptable as a customer & former ASM.

All i wanted was smokes.
Now, anytime I try to go there and I see that employee is working I will take my business elsewhere. There is not a shortage of convenience stores ro choose from.

I mean, I used to be an Assistant Manager for Valero, for a decade or so & we never told people we were closed while we had another customer in store.

SELECTION MINIMAL. PRICES HIGH. CONVIENCE? ! THEY CLAIM. SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE EXPERIENCE SEVERE ANXIETY/PANIC ATTACTS DUE TO THEIR EMPLOYEES MANORISM! (RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL DEMEANOR) REMARKS,! In the middle of ringing up my purchase, instruct me to "step aside, SO I CAN TAKE CARE OF THESE PEOPLE, IN LINE BEHIND ME"!? Then insisting, while proceeding to ring up one.two.three,!? , (AS IF I AM IN THE WAY, NOT WORTHY OF SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO HUMILIATING! I, TOO, HAD ALREADY WAITED IN THAT SAME LINE FOR WELL OVER 30 MINUTES! NOW IM BEING ANNIHILATED, WHILE MY FRIENDS' WAITING IN THE CAR ENTER THE STORE, TO INQUIRE OF MY WHERE ABOUTS.
AS WELL, WHILE YOUR ASKING, ARE YOU OKAY? IS THERE A PROBLEM HERE? ! IS THERE SOMEONE ELSE HERE, THAT CAN ASSIST ME? ! THESE PERSONS ARE EITHER.
1) EXTREMELY SLOW / LAZY.or LAME
2) EXTREEM ANXIETY LEVELS
INEXPERIENCED or INCAPPABLE OF. (MANAGING/MASKING or RE-GAINING;MAINTAINING CONTROL
QUIT. WHEN THERE ARE SEVERAL PEOPLE IN LINE, NEEDING TO GAS UP TO WORK OR SCHOOL! SEVERAL TIMES THIS HAS HAPPENED AND IF YOU QUESTION THEM ON WHY? THEY REFUSE YOU SERVICE, SAY " YOU NEED LEAVE. IM CALLING THE POLICE. IN ORDER TO ATTEMPT TO GET ME OUT OF THE STORE. TO LEAVE SO THEY DONT HAVE TO ADDRESS THE. ¿SITUATION? ! (THE MESS THEY MADE) CALLING THE COPS AND HAVE YOU ARRESTED FOR TRESSPASSING? BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T LEAVE THE STORE RIGHT NOW! I HAVE (PHYSICAL DISABILITIES AS WELL AS PTSD /ADHA DISORDER, AND I AM 54 YRS OLD, SO I SELDOM GO, SHOPPING. I PLAN TO, LOCATE & PURCHASE "THAT IN WHICH I NEED, "ON MY LIST.

3) EXPERIENCE TRAUMATIC EVENTS, PREVOKE A NERVEOUS BREAK DOWN OR STROKE, OR AT THE LEAST A SEVERE ANXIETY ATTACK! PUBLICLY

Awesome customer service from spency, he was calm, cool and Efficient. He was getting customers orders for their items before they even got to him to make the line faster. Polite, calm and is a hard worker! He's doing great and just overall good attitude

There's was no one in the store when I arrived at 4am on 11/25/21 even tho there was a sign that said they would be back by 4am. I left at 4: 09am

Came in earlier today for and white goof dude that work morning rung a customer up then quickly shut his station down and act like he was too good to ring me up very unprofessional, only giving 3 stars cause sweet older lady that worked today.

I would like to start by saying i have been coming to this store 5 days a week or more for the last 15 years. I live about 1/4 mile from it. In that time i usually get my wife a xl drink and myself an xl refill {which should be the same price as all the other stores}. And it seems that out of every circle k in the state this clerk "N Yesenia" here at this particular store seems to believe the cost to be 1.39 for an xl refill because i am using a QT XL Cup The 1.39 price is for a XXL refill? Well when pressed on it and explaining that every circle K in a 5 mile radius charges me a normal refill price. She informs me that even though Both the cicle k Cup and the QT cup are both marked XL that she is the only one it correctly. She also stated that a Circle K XL cup is Different than a QT XL Cup? She even went so far as to call the manager out to deal with it the same manager that a Day before charged me the. 89 cent refill price. So in short this Circle K is over charging customers and this Clerk Named N YESENIA Is proud of it and was very Very Rude. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM HERE unless you like being treated Badly and being over charged.

Just walked in thinking I'd refill a cup and a sign outside said I couldnt. The moment i walk in ask to verify and the indian looking man verifies that I couldn't. I let the gentleman know it was no problem and I'd buy a new one. However he decided he would not leave it at that. He told me to walk back outside and throw it out. I let him know again I'd buy a new one and he said yes you have to buy a new one go outside and throw the cup out. I'm very patient normally with this kind of situation so I said I see and walked out. I will never return to this, or likely any circle k and will advice everyone I know to avoid them. At this point they seem to have the bottom of the barrel employees who couldn't hack it at QT, which I will now go to exclusively. Lost a customer of nearly 30 years because of your bad employees today.

I went here about 2 months ago pulled into the parking lot at night only to have the ribar inside the parking bar exposed and rip off my front bumper. I have tried numerous times to get a hold of someone, I called the manager, as listed in the store and corporate, in which I had left multiple messages, I notice you are replying to reviews please give me a proper number to contact someone regarding the damage to my vehicle.

Been my neighborhood's convenience store since I moved here. Tweny three years later it's still standing due to excellent customer service and a team that has built rapport with the community around them.
