Circle K, Tucson AZ

Today at about 6: 00am I went to the Circle K at 9515 E Golf Links Rd, Tucson, AZ 85730 and pulled up to pump five and saw it was already ready to pump. I waited about half a minute to see if someone would drive up to it as in the past I've seen inebriated people set themselves up to pump and then drive off then return. I did not see anyone come back so I got out of my vehicle and cancelled the transaction thinking I was saving someone the heartache of having to lose out on the money spent. After I cancelled the transaction I put in my Frys card for the points and then my credit card. I did see the Frys points took off ten cents and I started pumping. I don't even think it pumped a dollar in before my transaction was cancelled and I was very upset. I went in and asked an older lady with blonde hair about it and the cashier accused me of pumping gas on another persons money. I was insulted and I did get loud as I explained to her that I cancelled the transaction and entered my own payment. She said well you'll just have to do it again. I asked if she was going to give me my Frys discount, gas has went up over a dollar in the last month alone so every little bit helps with my gas. She said that they don't take Frys points. I replied that the pump did take my Frys rewards and applied them to the transaction. I then left. This will be the last time I deal with a Circle K in Tucson. There are other instances of rude behavior at other Circle K stores and how filthy some of them have been or how at some stores the fresh ground coffee had a faint weird burnt taste. Beware people.

This circle k is a 2 minute walk from my house and I drive to different ones because this one is so bad. The soda fountain is usually broken or the flavors are hooked up wrong. If you ask an employee to fix it they just say it's not their job and they will "let the manager know". All the older age employees are really cranky and lazy. I've had two of them tell me I am required to use self checkout if I only have a soda and then the self checkout thing is broken somehow. I literally had to leave my drinks there and walk out once cause she insisted I was using the machine wrong and wouldn't help me.

I like this one. Great customer service, everythingis clean but, some of the customer's are sketchy if you are a women alone be aware.
