They stopped caring it seems. Cooler with "cold" drinks has been out for well over a month. They claim they are waiting on a part. Yeah right. Owner just doesn't want to spend the money to fix it. First they stop taking Frys fuel points (corporate decision, I know), now this. Time to take my business elsewhere. How can we convince QT to open a location in Anthem?

Wow! What is going on with this location. I have never seen a store in such bad shape. The coolers have been broken for at least 30-45 days, out for some of the desired fountain drinks. The place looks messy. It’s sad to see this in Anthem. I will be moving my business over to Chevron.

Walk in cooler was broken so no cold drinks. Self check out lane was out of service, screen to enter rewards at the checkout was not working. Half of the gas pumps are also down. Employees were doing what they could to keep the reach in coolers stocked with drinks but corporate needs to make a push to fix these items. Employees were great and friendly despite having broken machines.

I put $10 gas in my car (about 2.5 gallons) but no increase in mileage registered in the cruising range. Cashier insisted the pump must have been working despite stating another customer recently made the same complaint. I went to a different gas station and put another 2.5 gallons in to see how it would register on the cruising mileage and it increased by around 70 miles. I'm quite disgruntled by this and how it was handled. Will never get gas there again.

Unfortunately the mainstay employee and management are very rude probably really high. I’m not sure why but there seems to be a real mental illness problem at this store. Employees can’t make eye contact, or communicate, maybe drug related honestly.

Second time this week I have observed the same employee handling food without gloves. Earlier this week it was hot dogs, today it was cookies behind the counter. Beware.
