This place says 24 hours. But they are closed every morning between 3-4 a.m. Always out of cups for the soda fountain. Poorly stocked

This location keeps the cups behind the counter and you have to pay the price of a soda to get a cup.
This is Phoenix, AZ, people come in all the time to get ice water and it's 116°.
Nice customer service. Hope you don't mind being liable for heat related illness, injuries or death.
