Circle K, Camp Verde AZ

Needed gas for my 5 gal can. I paid at pump but the receipt was out. I went inside. The clerk could have been a cardboard cutout, zero expression, zero enthusiasm, zero wanting to be there and zero wanting to help customers.this was between 4 and 5 pm. And of course zero help…. I told him I needed a receipt and the pump I was on, and still that seemed to be difficult for him to fathom… he kept asking me how much did I spend. Really click on the number pump and print. I am glad I don’t go into the store after 11 am.

Repetitive negative experiences. Extremely frustrating. Not convenient at all. 10+ minutes for each visit. Awful customer service. Filthy. Unless it’s your only option, avoid this place!

The green tea has been "out" for months. When asked, they do not know when it will be available. I wonder if it is stores all over or just ours. Something makes me think they are just lazy.

3.59 (credit) for 87 octane. Not 3.40, as listed. Not sure how to edit that on the store's listing. Would be cool if they kept it accurate.

Otherwise, nice facilities with wide variety and clean bathroom.

Wow this store has really changed. The Guy manager never wants to help, He even said get use to it soon there will be no workers in any store. Gets aggravated if you need something. And will ignore you. This use to be an amazing store with great customer service. Now they tell you use the self check out. Then act like it is an inconvenience if the self check out is having problems I try to go in on a busy Sunday, there was a note on the door all locked up be back in 15 minutes I waited over 20 no one came. A weekend no workers Sad. This is the only Circle K I've EVER seen like this. Ive always loved Circle K and would go out of my way to find one.

The manager at this location needs to be trained on how to communicate, Got mad when I called him to the counter for assistance, he kept yelling use the freaking self check out, when that wasn’t my problem I needed something from behind the counter and he proceeded to yell at me to use the self check out when he didn’t even take the time to figure what I needed and just assumed whatever he wanted. When I confronted this to him he got mad and told me he was the manager and I could go tell who ever I wanted because it was just gonna get back to him any ways

Clerk behind the counter would not help at all with an issue i had with the self checkout charging me twice by saying it was a different item.when i proved it was charged twice thru my bank app he was still dismissive saying its the banks fault.the amount is not a big deal but still
can't trust a place that will let their machines rip their customers off.

I guess it's policy of circle k to rotate managers or something. There is a new one and everytime I walk in there now it reaks of dirty feet/bleach odor so badly. It's disgusting. There are new cashier's that will stand directly in front of where someone needs to get a lid for their soda cup or the condiments for deli items purchased, they continue to chit chat and could care less that there are customers that need those items.
