Circle K, Tucson AZ

I live near this location so I go here for small items on the way to work regularly. I'm writing this review to let the corporate supervisors know that the rude service Kristina consistently gives is unacceptable. I understand this location goes through it's fair share of issues with sketchy customers, but that's not an excuse to be rude right off the bat to the customers that are perfectly nice and polite. If she is the manager, she should absolutely know how to behave better, she's a grown adult professional. On one occasion I stood and waited patiently at the counter because she was on a ladder stocking cigarettes, and when she turned around, she yelled at me for not interrupting her while she worked. I explained I was just trying to be respectful and patient while she finished. The other day I went in and asked for cigarettes, she grabbed the wrong ones which happened to be the last two on the shelf, so she walked away to get more to restock. When she returned I kindly said "I think I misspoke" (even though I hadn't, telling someone they didn't hear you right isn't helpful) and asked for the same kind of cigarettes as before. She yelled at me for "wasting her time" and making her go to the back room. Then she made me say "I'm sure this is the right one" twice before she would ring me up. I feel bad for her because the only person she's embarrassing with that attitude is herself. Won't be returning to this location for my gas, food or cigarettes. It's not worth running into Kristina.

The bathroom smelt worse than a portable potty. Unfortunately they had one employee. Someone should be working to clean that bathroom. That is unacceptable. It is also unsafe for one employee to be working the store. An employee should never be left alone.

This store sucked so bad. I would dread coming into this place but as it's the cheapest gas in town, I found myself here week after week. Then, suddenly there was a wee lad working the counter. He was so sweet. Patient. Kind. Clearly working hard. Dave is a godsend to this location. He needs a raise and a promotion.

Sip and saver here. This store always seems to be out of pop. Sick of it.

This Circle K is turning into one of the worst Circle Ks in Tucson! What is going on at this location? !? !? They are constantly out of items that I need and will have on my list. I will have 5 things on my convenience store list and this store will have ZERO of the 5 normal gas station items that I have on my list, which wastes my time. This hasn't just happened once either, it happens ALL OF THE TIME. Don't even get me started on their fountain soda machine.ugh! I don't even know why I end up shopping here when it's obvious that this Circle K doesn't want to make any money anyway.

Be it known, far and wide, that upon this morning on the seventh day of the month of November in the year of 2022 at precisely 10: 26 Mountain Standard Time that I, knave heralding from beyond the Eastern Horizons, did suffer a mild urinary distress whereupon this sheltering station whom the natives call "Circle K" offered to me facilities as such accommodating these natural tendencies and for which they levied no charge. Hence, I entered the lavatory and found their commitment to cleanliness as declared to be manifestly obvious and was delighted to have relief in sanitary conditions. In humble gratitude I purchased a simple bottle of water so that my urinary troubles would be visited upon me yet again at some other space in some other time as proximal and soon respectively. In short, thank you for a truly clean bathroom guys.it's enough to write a good review.

Went in today (October 7th, 8: 00am)
and left feeling upset. The self checkout was being used so I proceeded to the counter with the cashier standing behind assuming it would be okay to check out with her instead. She says “I’m sorry you have to go to the self checkout. ” Someone cuts in front of me on my way to self checkout and I allowed them to carry on with their purchase. The cashier proceeds to stand behind the counter doing nothing while a line forms behind me. Not the best service.
