Circle K, Gilbert AZ

Used to love circle k. Had to change to the new rewards program today when I showed up to get fuel bc my old card no longer worked even though it worked yesterday. New program only gives you $. 03 per gallon instead of $. 10. Then started using a pump with my initial savings of $. 25 per gallon but the pump was so slow that I was getting about 1gal/5 min. If I restarted I would have lost that $. 25 saving per gallon so I stuck it out. Employees just blankly stared at me when I asked for help. Spent about 40 min at circle k today filling up. I refuse to pay full price for fuel. I think I’ll start going to QT again.

I'm usually not one of these type of people to rate convenience stores but this place is hands down 1 of the greatest convenience stores I have ever been to in my entire life period. I would use vacation time from work or what have you to come to this spot if I ever move away I cannot wait until I bring my future wife and child to this location so they can enjoy the immense amount of cold beverages and delicious candles there also is a walk in freezer. Possibly Possibly A walk in freezer The manager of the place "who is a lame" was nice enough to let me use the restroom even though I kinda look like a Drug persons. Thanks For trusting a guy like me we family now.

There is a older gentleman working here. He’s ID me every time I go there even though he didn’t ID TWO white people infront of me and they were intoxicated, but yet he questioned ME. He said his name was Perry. He was not wearing a name tag like his partner was. He gets very hostile also. Did I mention I’m veteran?

July 8… 10: 15pm

The morning manager, John, is absolutely incredible! I have never been to a Circle K that delivers better customer service than John. John seems to be happy and in a good mood every time I'm there. It's silly, but seeing an employee who is happy to be working and providing a service to others actually puts you in a better mood instantly. Other locations have employees that are painfully quiet or don't seem too happy to be there, and it makes it awkward being there.

This store always has fresh delicious coffee. This location always appears to be clean, tidy, and orderly.

Thank you, John, for making my family and I feel valued and appreciated every time we visit this store. You are a wonderful leader and kind person. You brighten everyone's day, and you don't even know it!

To the managers and corporate of Circle K, this employee absolutely needs to be positively noticed for this. Even more, it would be a brilliant idea to promote and hire him to train all the other employees (your future sales will surely skyrocket from this move!)

The manager of this store. Big guy. Is Harassing my wife and talking down to her. How do you have people like this working for you. I will not be going to this Circle k anymore

Friday morning 7am, this employee guy was absolutely the best, made my morning with not only his fast pace work keeping the line moving but just as important he was upbeat and had amazing customer service.

I used to love this place but they remodeled and have hired less than desirable people to run the night shift. Be careful of young teens working who only care about you interrupting their show time.
