Circle K, Chandler AZ

The lady that works in the morning is very nice to my kids, she gives them free things. Kids are always happy to come here.

Used to come to this location because of convenience. They recently stopped allowing using Fry's fuel points. I don't know if it's just this location or all Circle Ks? Either way, I stopped coming here because of that. Also, the $1 discount off gas worked half of the time anyways. Now I just go directly to a Fry's fuel station or Costco.

This is a great place to stop for gas right off the 202, it opened a few years ago but it’s still a great location! I’m the inside is nice and they have nice shelf checkouts and help workers

Well it looks like I'll be crossing this Circle K off my list of stores I'm willing to visit.

I won't patronize a store that will not allow people to use the restroom for no apparent reason.

Circle K is a whole now refuses to let the general public use their bathroom.

I understand you're trying to curtail drug use in your restrooms, but this isn't the way.

Went in to use the bathroom on July 23rd at midnight. The same pair of crumpled up underwear are still in the corner of the men's stall that I saw yesterday, and the toilet is majorly clogged - I go to tell the employee & she chuckles and tells me "I'm a girl, so no I don't go in there. " Despite your gender, that does not excuse you from completing your cleaning duties for your workplace. Absolutely unprofessional and downright disgusting.

So sad that this place is like not even a year old and everything inside is already falling apart because the people who work here don't take care of anything. The soda fountains always are out of syrup. The icy machines never work. The tea is 2 days old. I mean come on. Nothing is up to standard. I've seen 20-year-old circle ks that are in better condition than this. Not even 1-year-old circle k. This store really needs to have more pride in their work.

Firstly they don’t put signs up saying the fountain drinks are out of order. They also don’t put the things on the door so if your young son wants to open the door for you like mine did, he is going to burn his hand. It’s 115 degrees out and you have black metal doors, come on.

Lil Johnnie needs to check his lil attitude. I'm sorry you hate your life because you work at a gas station, but maybe you could leave that at home and not put it on me

The Big C K! As a convenience store it can't be beat. Best coffee of course. Snacks, goodies, drinks of all kinds. Fuel one of my faves, almost every time I stop at a circle k, I find a coin. A hobby of about 20 years in AZ. Almost $200.

It is turning into a self service store putting people out of work. Have been trying for 6 months to buy a money order at various circle k stores and I am told at every store the machine is broken. Either that's a big coincidence or some people have to do some extra work when they sell one. It's funny they all have the same story. Circle k stores loses money on this I'm sure. It's probably the district I live in.

They've completely changed their business model. Walked in and bought 2 items, one of which required age ID. Self checkout, cashier verified age so I could continue and finish purchase. Paid and walked out. Store cashier did not say one word or acknowledge my existence at all. Completely void of interaction. The exact opposite business model of their competitors. I live in the neighborhood adjacent to this store. With this I'll drive the half mile to the other gas station for at least an acknowledgment of walking in the store (QT). Horrible business structure.

You would think at some point circle k would read these reviews and get rid of the rude old lady that works here. I can't tell you how many times she's yelled at me simply for buying something.

Decent enough place when the fountain drinks and gas pumps are working, but avoid this place late at night. Lately it's started attracting vagrants that have tried hassling me on the way in and out.

A newer store wich employees should understand customer. Cashier Apollo rude disrespectful when asking for an item

Pity as this what the world comes to. Would not even expect a manager to follow up

The old lady there was very rude. There was a customer standing waiting to get cigarettes and she was sitting there on her phone looked up and went back to her phone. Then helped us and was rude when I was doing what she told me to do. And then got mad when I went to pay. This isn’t the first time she’s been rude. She seems to be more focused on her phone then being nice and helping customers.

The location was very clean with lots of options. Had restrooms available and open to public. Lottery (vending) machine and ATMs available.

Lottery (vending) machine requires that you scan your I. D.for age verification. Machine kept saying that it could not verify my age when I scanned my Driver's License. Employee was extremely rude, demanding and argumentative. She didn't ring my items up accurately, spoke to my family and I very rudely and responded annoyingly when I asked her to double bag heavy items. This made for a bad experience for my family of 4. I never wish anyone to be fired but this employee definitely needs some refresher training regarding customer service/interactions.

One of the cleanest Circle K I have been into. Love how easy and fast it was to go in and get the products that I needed. The beer selection here is nice as they stock the shelves with a variety of beers and at different price ranges. Tell them I sent you. #thepuddingcreektrestle

I've been going to this Circle K for a few months now because I like the self scanner. Lately it doesn't work half the time.
A couple months ago a young kid was there and he was nice enough to tell me that my items didn't ring up the right price and then he went to grab my items and I told him I didn't want him to touch my stuff. So he just stands there so I had to ask him how I can fix it. After following his instructions it worked and he walked off in a huff like I was inconveniencing him by wanting to do it myself.
Then I went to the self scanner another time and the old lady was behind the counter playing on her phone. She didn't even look up to the customers in case they needed something. The machine ate my money. I saw her going to grab my items and I said "No, I don't want you to touch my items". She didn't listen and picked them up anyway and went over to another register. I'm the customer. I get things my way. I don't need to be bullied by you not listening to me.

The new ole lady here was very rude. She didn't want to lift a finger for any of us at the self checkout. Ppl have no courtesy whatsoever anymore
