Circle K, Phoenix AZ

Asked the clerk for 25 gallons and she couldn't do it. Asked me for a dollar amount so I asked how much it is approximate and she didn't know and wouldn't look. Just rude

I went to this store at 11: 30pm on 6/22/20. The cashier was not properly trained on the cigarettes she has to get for your customers so I told her she needed to learn to serve your customer order. She was so rude that she refused to complete my order. She is so under trained that she didn’t give me a refund on my order after she refused to give me my cigarettes. I am charged $18.45 and did not get my items. I need a credit too my debit card and when I call nobody answers the phone.

My husband and I went to this store on Tuesday 5/26/2020 @ 3pm. The two cashiers were disgustingly rude. I called the store after leaving, asking to speak with a Manager, and the young woman, handed the phone to the young male, and he hung up on me. I tried calling customer service, to no avail. Too nice of a neighborhood, for such FOOLISHNESS!

The beef jerky that I got was expired. The cashier didn't give me my receipt. Could not exchange.

This location is by far one of the cleanest Circle K store I frequent. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The one thing I appreciate the most is not coming to the store and being accosted outside by people begging or asking for money, the staff always keeps an eye out for their customers making sure they are not being bothered. And they even treat the transients with dignity, I've seen them tell them that they cannot be bothering the customers. Ladies (that's all I've seen in the store) GREAT JOB!

2 out of 6 pumps out of order. So of course, there were huge lines to use the other pumps, and I had to wait 10 minutes to get to another pump and actually get gas because all of the customers were lazy selfish idiots that just left their cars there for like 10 minutes while they screwed around in the store. When I finally got to a pump it didn't work right either. The parking and driving space is also horribly cramped, just in a terrible location, not enough room for vehicles to navigate which causes further delays and weights. Awful location and possibly one of the worst Circle K's I've ever been to.

The place is always dirty. The soda fountain is a mess. Seriously the place makes the same if not more then other circle K stores I won't take my kids in because they might slip on the dirty floor.

The Corporate office really needs to clean-up this awful Circle K: 1. Constant smell of urine, 2. Gas pumps usually broken, 3. Homeless hangout, 4. No security guard, 5. Gum everywhere, 6. Oil patches, 7. Sticky floors. In one word: DISGUSTING.

Okay but they need to keep the place picked up and cleaned up and the kinda get to feel you get when in the parking lot.

Good gas prices but no bathrooms. Fountain drinks aren't mixed right and the window cleaning solution is always filty

I hate the service provided in the morning they lack costumer service entirely.they aren’t friendly and it doesn’t look like the cleanest place to get anything that’s not already bagged

Fairly clean store. Items are well stocked. Employees are friendly and it's a frequent stop for gas & drinks since it is so close to my house.

Had a few gas pumps out of order, but wasnt a busy location so was able to use other pumps without a wait.

I used to come to the store often and there were bums but now there aren't any and they have a security guard and a security camera. The store is always clean and I would recommended it.

Super clean store, staff was great and friendly! Its a busy area but was fast service get in and get out quickly. Coffee is always fresh and hot. The staff is always helpful, the assistant store manager, he assisted while the lines were long! Recommend it, should check this store out.
