Circle K, Phoenix AZ

Ive had 2 problems here. The Coke & the Pepsi 2 liter say 2 for $3.50. I got 1 of each but they stated it has to be the same product & they charged me $5. I asked why if both products are 2 for $3.50. We're also not permitted to take our bags in we need to leave them in the FRONT BY THE DOOR and risk them being stolen. I usually wouldn't mind if its left with the clerk but its left in front so yes I do mind this time. I called on several different occasions and they answered 1 out of 3 times. There overnight guy is the one that answered. I called at 2: 48am for milk. He answered and said they were closed for cleaning. I hope everyone else has a better experience.

This place is always out of XL styrofoam cups. Spoke to them today and they said we are out, I said order Morris. They said they can only order so much.
So either them or corporate is letting them run out of what is selling a lot of?
Makes zero sense but I’ll find another place to stop a few times a week.

Asked Glen for a easy pay card. He stated he had no idea what I was asking for. How the hell do you work in the store and not know what cards your store carries. It's a circle k easy pay card. He needs to be retrained!

The Circle K at McDowell Rd.and Seventh Ave.is really just a homeless shelter. I have asked over and over that they not allow dogs in the store. The management just isn't intellectually capable of listening or learning. This store is in my neighborhood and it is a filthy hole. Used to spend $200.00 a month there. Not anymore.

Convenient location but the coffee station is poorly maintained and frequently out of stock including the cappuccino and hot chocolate.

One of the two registers at this location will not accept my EBT card. This is the only register that I've come across in all of Phoenix that has a problem with my card. One of the employees is threatening not to take my card anymore even though I live just down the street and go to the store almost on a daily basis. The "SNAP" EBT FOOD STAMP PROGRAM is a Federal program. By not accepting my card they are in violation of the SNAP Retailers Licensing Agreement.

This Circle K is a neighborhood eye sore and the owners have zero respect for the community. I refuse to support this store or any circle k until this one cleans up its act. I wish it would do us all a favor and shut down and would love for QT to open up in its place.

Place is a mess, drink spill on floor and no one cares to clean it up. Supplies all over the place and, again, no one putting it away. Outside, samething, thrash every where.

Is there anyone managing this location? The floor is disgusting. Several things are out of stock (coffee creamer, ice, coffee flavoring). There was only one person working and a long line. Typical circle K I guess.

This Circle K is a joke, it is a waste to go in the morning by a Circle K that has excuses for everything they cant do because either their manager is late or has not shown up. This morning with one person on the register and a line of 8 people. A supposed manager was fiddling with the safe while another woman talked and chatted and did nothing. Their excuse was that the other register was not yet ready to open. WTF does that mean.

Tall blonde male employee refuse to let me in, saying that I'll have to wait for 5 minutes so he can smoke a cigarette. Because of that, I couldn't get the receipt for my gas that wouldn't print out at the pump.

Is like everything, if you trest thrm right they treat you right. Theyrr all my friends because i m friendly with them.

Probably the most unpleasant circle k to visit. Always a long wait in line, and less than helpful employees.

I bought a cell phone charger Saturday evening by Sunday it had stopped working when I brought it back they wouldn't exchange it The cell phone accessories are junk don't buy. Management needs to change there rules about returns and exchanges I stopped there twice a day everyday now I'm going to qt

Worst gas station ever! I stoppped by and bought a bottle of water and asked the cashier if I can use the bathroom. The hijab wearing casher says to me "no public bathroom here", but I am a customer and I just gave you my business? Her reply again " we no have public bathroom here"! I understand you don't want homeless ppl in your bathroom, but im a customer. You can't treat customers like this in America. I will never be back to this circle k, and I can't wait for QT to run you down to the ground!
