Very quiet community. Well kept and the 4 pools are an added bonus. Pools, parking lot and the community areas are always very clean and well maintained. There are some basic rules, but nothing too crazy. Staff is very helpful and does a good job.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Literally the worst place to live and I wish I would have bought somewhere else. So limited on what you can do even as an owner. You get fined for everything here. The HOA is ridiculous. The staff and management are beyond rude and disrespectful. I was told “I should have bought a place in the hood”. The pools are always dirty, when asked to be cleaned they don’t. You can’t even go out and enjoy a nice swim because you will get “noise” complaints in the middle of the day. I’ve never felt so controlled as an adult. Hands down do not recommend.

I own and manage a few condos in this complex. The on site HOA is quick to address any concerns or problems. If any person receives a fine, they have had many chances to correct the issue - a fine is a last resort to correct a problem. Parking is controlled to keep people and cars out that are not residents. The grounds are kept up nicely. With 4 pools, trees, shrubs, bbq and ramada areas, it has a peaceful feel. My tenants are happy here.

The pools are never clean, when speaking to management they seem so lost when asking for a pool skimmer or a Maintenance tech. Paying HOA you would assume this would be done daily or a skimmer left out for weekend use. They’re quick to charge account for violations but not quick to make the property a better place.

The people are extremely nice and always willing to help out a neighbor if they can, the HOA has always been fair to me and I give them credit for it being such a quiet place to live.
