My husband & I went to the Citadel to make the will.

It's hard to impress me, but I can honestly admit Citadel Law Firm is over the top! I had twice, in the past, had wills and trusts done by other law firms which didn't come close to what Citadel prepared for me. David so thoroughly explained each and every detail in a way that both auditory and/or visual learners can understand. A 3" binder, titled and tabbed, came home with me. Step by step and neatly organized, it contains everything that has been prepared, and in simple, understandable language. That binder's information, directions and instructions put ME in control and understanding the legal process. From the moment you walk in the door you encounter sincere warmth, old world hospitality and leave feeling you got far more than what you had expected and paid for.

David, Lucas and Anne were very professional in all aspects of setting up my trust, They will explain a trust in detail and answer any and all questions. They will cover avoiding probate, how to add and take things out of the trust, real estate, bank accounts, 401K's, taxes, etc. When I'm no longer here, I feel confident my trustee will be able to carry out my wishes easily and hassle free. My wife and I initially went to Citadel to make a Will. I had considerable apprehension about the estate planning knowledge and process. Attorney Lucas Frei at the Chandler office clearly explained the scope and the benefits of having a comprehensive estate plan and associated powers of attorney that become useful and empowering in the waning years of our mortal life. Attorney Frei also has sufficient expertise in relevant financial and taxation issues to make EP robust and practical. His fees are very reasonable. Of course, after the framework of EP, considerable follow up work must be done by the client.
He is also supported by Attorney David and office manager Anne.
If you are over 65, have net worth over $75K, I recommend creating a EP. It will provide peace of mind while you are alive, and your successor beneficiaries will be grateful for the smoother process.
