Like many others, I wouldn't normally come on reviews to leave a good review on something. If you're looking at these wondering whether or not you should apply, you should. The only reason I left is because I moved out of town for a year. It is a call center so you know, the work still is what it is, but if you've worked in other call centers in Tucson before you know they're not great. This one is. Best one you're gonna get here in Tucson unless you find a work at home job.
I love the company I work for. Very professional, a lot of opportunities await.
Packages keep coming to me. I try to call and I just get “sorry your cell service has been suspended. The leasing office here has about 3 packages from them made out to a JESUS RODRIGUEZ. I am told to press 611 or call a 800 number from a landline. I smell a scam and reported it.
Failure to protect agents from Covid-19 germs. Construction happening impeding on phone calls. No communication from upper management and supervisors and OAs colluding and damaging morale. Poor management and disappointing.
This another level of a call center to work for so professional, clean, not boring, Great people And most importantly GREAT PAY.they treat you with respect and they value and recognize their employees.
