I give a 3 star because I think the massage therapist did as good of a job as she could & staff is kind, but truly have never had a worse prenatal massage experience. Laying on your side and barely having your back rubbed (when that’s the one area you asked to have really worked on too) was super disappointing. My feet weren’t touched at all. You should really invest in more comfortable options for prenatal massages. Especially if you’re going to charge $130 for an hour.

Worst experience ever. I made massage appointments for my mom and I. We went early to fill out paperwork. After being in the waiting area for 40 minutes, they came out to tell us they couldn't do the massage, because the therapist didn't feel comfortable giving my mom a massage due to her having an aneurysm. We explained it was stable and had been repaired 4 years ago, she gets frequent massages, goes to physical therapy twice a week where she gets massage, and on top of that had just gotten her MRA exam and had been given a clean bill of health, told there were no issues at all, and her doctor doesn't need to see her again for 2 years. The therapists persisted in their ignorance, and really should be educated on the difference between an acute aneurysm which would be a contraindication and a stable one which is indicated. Clearly they don't know what they're doing, and wanted to go home, as they turned the lights out before we even got to the car. Apparently even tho they list their hours open til 9pm, we were their last scheduled appt at 6pm. We attempted to contact both owners Jacy and Seth Boyack, tho neither answered. Worst customer service ever. Definitely not ideal when the purpose of scheduling the massage was to relax. Do not get a massage here, Cameron and Travis do not know what they're doing.

Absolutely amazing and reasonably priced, I've been going for almost a year now. The receptionists are always very nice and friendly and very helpful. Jenny has been the best ever! I keep coming back and she's so polite and always makes me feel amazing. They give aromatherapy during your massage (I always do the blood orange). You'll want to keep coming back, I've never had any problems with anything! 5 stars is not enough

Cancelled couples massage 15 minutes before appointment. We pulled up in the parking lot, the phone rings and they cancel. They told be husband the therapist was sick. This was at 4 pm. Could they not call earlier or replace the therapist? Worse for it was husband’s birthday, and we were not offered any compensation they just offered to reschedule. No Bueno!

Great service above and beyond. Also, t hank you for making my step daughter's birthday such a great experience.

Ty is an amazing sports specialist. A combo of stretching, physical therapy and massage all in one session. A great listener and researcher too to tailor to your needs.

booking an appointment to checking out.i recommend to all my friends, it’s such a great experience and i leave feeling so relaxed and refreshed.

Called and ordered my pregnant gf a massage. The lady on the phone was very nice and let me pay for it all right then and there. My gf said it was a great experience, she thought it was maybe a little rough but other than that she felt so much better afterwords! We will be getting another massage soon!

This is the absolute best place to get a facial. I have gotten a facial with scalp massage and dermaplaning with Mckenna various times now. I have received facials from others before, but Mckenna is hands-down the best! She has the most gentle, kind, and thoughtful manner about her, which is hard to come by.

I began going to Citrus when they were so so new, and I was so very pregnant with my first!
I truly think getting on a consistent flow for that pregnancy was what kept me feeling so incredible!

Some things you can expect:
-a gorgeous and very intentional space (it's very calm, quiet and minimal so your mind can relax before your body even begins to)
- kind and helpful staff
-incredible therapists who truly want to help you and your body. Some do more intake questions than others, and have their own style to a certain degree, but you can notice some things are consistent (when you go as often as I do? !) in their care and work. You just know you'll get what your body needs that day, and have an amazing massage.
-owners who care. Every member gets a hand written note from the owner. They're such kind and caring people, and want you to have a great experience!

I recently had the BEST massage at citrus massage! I went as a “treat yo self” day and a couple weeks later I went in day-of to help with neck pain! Both times I left feeling so much better! I love that they were able to squeeze me in day of!
- I saw Desi both times and she is a true healer!

Also I went for a facial and let me tell you Amanda was so helpful and I left there glowing. She listened to my concerns and took her time with my sensitive skin. She also gave me some tips on youthful at-home skin care!

Amazing experience! It was the first time my husband and I have received a professional massage. We’ve had another since then at a franchise location, but we couldn’t stop comparing how much better Citrus was in terms of atmosphere, quality, and personality! Even the most basic, one hour massage made the franchise location seem subpar. We loved that we could choose a scent to be placed under our noses throughout the massage. Everyone was so kind and gentle! We’ll definitely be back once we save up enough money to do some add-ons:)

My neck, shoulders and lower back have been hurting sonI tried out Citrus Massage in Chandler. What a great experience. The feel of the place is comforting and very clean. I had a very good masseuse and got my problem areas worked through.
