3So the city refused to pick up all of my trash that was inside the bin and then said we had to pay $14 a week extra for a 2nd trash can.
City of Mesa misses my trash pickup about 1/3 of the time. They cause me time, effort and aggravation. Once again, they cruised on past my house today, did not even slow down. When I call to find out what happened I am told to leave it out and Mesa will be back out. This has happened more than once already and guess what? They do not show up the next day either. My HOA is super picky about leaving the cans out so I had to go bring it back out at 6am and Mesa never even showed up! My estimate is that they have missed my house at least 10 times in 2 years. Customer service is rude and dismissive, the drivers are not being held accountable. It is not ok to deny me a service that I pay for. Please, Mesa, Please do your job and stop causing me extra work and aggravation. I pay my bill, on time and in full, and i really expect the service I pay for to be performed.
Why are these trucks SLAMMING the metal bins down at 600 RIGHT NEXT TO MY BEDROOM. Every single week you would think the drivers could be more courteous but they slam the metal bins into the ground each morning. If your office has the luxury of opening at 700 we shouldn't have to hear these trucks this early.
