My homebuilder uses them to install bathroom mirrors and accessories (towel rods, toilet paper holders, etc). They weren't able to install them prior to us closing on the home and it's been a nightmare getting them to come back. First time they came the master bath mirror was cut wrong so they couldn't install. One of the installation crew stole my neighbors dog that day and refused to admit it until he was told there was video evidence of it. He left to bring the dog back and then they haven't been back.no showing 3 appointments (12-4pm windows) now with no apology or call to reschedule. I called to verify they were coming today and was told yes but again - no show. Save yourself a headache and avoid this company!

My tile/shower guy has used them for a number of years as his glass company to go with on showers. I as a general contractor always have trusted my guy to get it done which he always has. I have also referred clatyon glass to anyone contractor or homeowner asking for a solid referral. I finally give them a call myself because my tile guy is running behind on work and am told I am not on there current list of contractor and they won't deal with me right now. I am told they are not taking on new contractors which I am not I try to explain the situation and it is obvious they frankly don't care. It doesn't matter I was told unfortunately I am not in the system BUT if my tile guy calls they will deal with him when they have the time. It is unfortunate they do good work but apparently when times are good they don't care about the little guy is how I took it even though behind the scenes I have been dealing with them for years.
