Nice and clean, with friendly attendants the dryers do take multiple uses though. Good amount of machines, including big size

Very clean, nice and cool, the woman who works there is very sweet and helpful! 5 load machine is $7 and the big dryers will cost you $3 for 30 minutes but that's more than enough time to dry even towels on medium heat if you don't overfill it.

The elderly lady with glasses at the laundromat is rude. Today, my son was trying to open the door for us, but she then began to yell at my son for "messing" around the door. Although, that wasn't the case. It was windy, which was causing the door to close on its own, and because of that, my son was trying to maintain the door open. So, after that, she began to yell at my son. My son began to cry while asking me if what he did was wrong, which wasn't. There are different ways to approach a problem, but the way she did wasn't correct whatsoever. My son is literally 6 years old. Why yell at a child instead of speaking with the parent? Because of this, she banned us from the laundromat. The lady should learn how to properly communicate instead of yelling at children. Mom, parents, if you're taking your children, be careful.

Veronica Ponce. I was there the whole time. You left your 6 year old kid, twice, with a girl, maybe a sister, to watch him. While you WEREN'T there your son messed with the door continuously. The attendant ask him twice to leave the door alone. Maybe if the girl left to watch him would have taken her face out of her computer, she should have stopped him. I never once heard the attendant raise her voice, she asked your son to quit messing with the door because he could break it.
It had nothing to do with "wind". You are leaving a negative review, when you were in the wrong. I was in my car, parked next to yours, when the police arrived. I couldn't believe you called the police! You were trespassed from ever going there again.
I go here often and the staff is always friendly and helpful!

I am the husband of Veronica Ponce. I would like to see you in-person. If you're man enough to have a conversation about what went on then SPEAK to ME. To begin with, that door doesn't even work at all. I've been washing here for the past 8 years, so I know the people well enough. Besides, this is a thing between women so you have no right to get into this. But if you so badly want to, then come meet and speak to me.

Of all of the laundromats in the area, this is the BEST ONE, hands down; very clean with many signs to explain rules & expected behaviours. Also, there is a dry cleaning & pressing option but the wait is a month or so (a dry cleaner in the area has recently closed which increases the laundramats business). The proprietor is friendly, organized & efficient.

The lady was very helpful and friendly. The large washers which I used got my clothes really nice and clean. It is clean unlike the laundromat near Safeway which I would not want to put my clothes in their machines!

Nice place but really expensive. Keeps odd hours. Same old issues and now adds having a trouble finding workers. Price gouging at its best. What once was 2.75 is now3.75 with dryers set to maximum the cost to dry clothes.

Good sized machines at great prices, even the dryers. Dryers dry everything thoroughly. You have access to two Barber shops, a family owned auto repair as well as other businesses but with easy to enter and exit parking lot. They all are helpful and nice. You can use wifi here. Get your dry cleaning here, too, pay upfront. I give Clean & Fluffy 4.8 rate. The parking lot is a little bit bumpy but it does snow & gets a lot of rain but they keep them up pretty good for the most part.

SAFE & CLEAN place to do laundry! I had an EXPERIENCE yesterday that confirmed for me that THIS is where I can do laundry & not have to worry about safety while I work.
I was there x5 hrs yesterday doing LOTS of laundry - & large man started cussing & became verbally aggressive with me. Both ladies on staff tried to speak to him, tried to tend to him, offering a refund, but when he wouldn't settle down. They told him he would need to leave or they would call the police - when his anger increased, they promptly followed thru & called the police - no empty threats, no hesitation!
As the police were coming, the manager arrived promptly as well. The manager also tried to respectfully tend to the man. But he continued to be aggressive, so much so that another man in the laundry mat (who had been quietly on his phone up till now) stood up & went face to face w/ the aggressive man saying: "I won't listen to you disrespect these women any more! Get your laundry & get out of here now! " When the aggressive man tried to intimidate him too, this bystander held strong! (we ladies were all grateful for this good man stepping up - a rare kind of 'everyday hero'! Bless him!). Note: aggressive man left, bc he was now dealing with someone his own size: (& bc he knew the police were already on their way.
PS- Both Before & After this experience, all x3 ladies on staff were kind & helpful to each one of us as customers, offering to help us in various ways, & always wiping areas clean. No smell from smoking, the machines look new, & function well. This place looks small & simple on the outside, but VERY MUCH A x5 STAR KIND OF PLACE on the inside!

First time trying this place. A single, small load is $3.75 a load. The most I have seen in Quad city area is $2.75 a small load (Holliday Laundry for example.). That's ridiculous. The place is clean and the person on duty was nice but the gouging prices are not worth it.

Arrogant and rude. Machine was steeling $$ so moved me from large Machine to 3 small ones. Which cost more. Then got rude when I asked if she was paying for it. Told me i can go elsewhere. Now I had a 7 $ load going and 3 small ones. Nice lady. Lol

As of January 2020 they raised their prices 22% Others are less expensive This place is gouging people. A 22% increase is abusive to people on a fixed income. How often does your employer give you a 22% raise?

I love it. This place has been here since I was 11 years old I'm now about to be 50. Decent prices. Clean place not too crowded.

A beacon in the night when waiting on appliance delivery that never arrived. I've been here several times now. This older location is very clean and well maintained. Attendant has a great sense of humor.

Clean, mostly what's great is the machines are newer and well maintained, they wash everything so well. I even get up at 5am on a Sunday to get in and done.
